Hopefully yours moves on soon.All my FT packages cruise right through Chicago,but i have a package from Focal that got processed through customs Sept. 28,and has never shown any movement after that.i'm thinking it may have gotten fowarded to the Fda for approval,hopefully i'll see it one day haha.Processed Through Facility ISC CHICAGO IL (USPS)

My post office thought it should be here Wed., or Thurs. of this week. They said often a minimum of 4 days in customs, sometimes 7.
It's just a fill tool, a stainless tank insert, and some o-rings.
No new items released since 8/08.
That's what i'm afraid of on mine.Most of the stuff i know was out before 8/8,but i have an rda that i am unsure on.It is a clone,and i know the original was out before that because i seen it talked about a year ago,but the clone i don't know when it was released.The only reviews i seen on it at Focal,the oldest one was Sept. 3 and i looked at Ft,and they didn't have it listed until 9/9,so hopefully it makes it here since technically it's not a new product but if it doesn't,i better get the rest of my package,i know they have all been out over a year.No new items released since 8/08.
I hope so.Someone in the Ft thread said they had a package held up for 7 weeks after getting processed through customs,i certainly hope this one doesn't take that long haha.Hopefully yours moves soon too.
You should see movement soon. I had one package held for 14 days before releasing it. Reason? Unknown. The package had not been opened and re-sealed as they sometimes do to inspect. So I went looking at rules and regs for customs, etc. I think I remember that they have 15 days before something has to be decided as to what to do with it. Most likely they will just send it on. Anyway, I have my fingers crossed for you and Lori as I too have 3 small packages en route from FT.

Wow, Fasttech troubles lately. Last order I received had an item missing. The shipping label pictured on my just-shipped package shows someone else's name and address. I now have two tickets open at FT.
Maybe all our stocking (hoarding) has pushed them over the edge or maybe it's that "just back from holiday" funk. lol. I think I will take a break from China orders after we get the last two straightened out and order from the States.

Yes that was me who had a package in customs for seven weeks. Bizarre thing was they were only drip tips. Important thing i learned is that Processed through facility status just means it is in customs and has not yet cleared customs. My last package arrived in 10 days. I guess it is the luck of the draw.
