Nothing but the best, EH?
Nothing but the best, EH?
The high school smoking rate dropped by 35% in just the last two years!!!!! The tax accountants are hysterical over that. Suppose it continued to drop at 17% a year?

When I talked about alcohol in every grocery store I meant isopropyl alcohol not food stores with liquor licenses. But alcohol is alcohol wherever it's sold (and not every state allows all alcohol products to be sold in grocery stores), unless you're one of those few who use Everclear to clean your coils. PG and VG have so many other uses that restrictions or taxation would really mess up other industries. It would be like saying all grapes should be taxed as alcohol because you could theoretically make wine out of it. Whereas if they go after the retail sale of nic solutions such as all that 100mg nic in a base in my freezer, that cuts off vaping for ex-smokers pretty drastically, and doesn't affect any secondary users.
PG is added to animal food, so farmers/ranchers would not be happy. When I talked about alcohol in every grocery store I meant isopropyl alcohol not food stores with liquor licenses.
Consumable alcohol is available, without paying exile taxes, to industry. They are restricted in what they can do with it.
The food and pharma industries similarly use PG and VG. And regardless they could continue that while consumers are restricted.
How many peoe do you know that regularly buy and store Pg in their house? I've never met anyone that even knew what it was.
Some people use VG as a skin emollient. But I doubt many consumers actually drink it or use it as a sweetener or thickener in their cooking and baking. You can put isopropyl alcohol on your skin but you can't drink it and that was the point of my analogy to consumable alcohol vs grocery store ISO alcohol.
So you have to ask yourself how many non-vaping voters would be pi$$ed off if some nonconsumable additive were added to PG and VG sold at the retail level....
It's all good! The scenarios @WillyZee mention are my reality. I was in some fast food spot. Dude walked in with a case, put it on a table, popped it open & I swear.....it was filled with a gazillion eGo vape pens & ej00ze! I was like.....ohhhhWhen I posted that, I was really thinking about some of the...um, rolling lab types we have here in cornfield country. If you read the reports, they'll steal the goofiest things.
I honestly don't know how to equate what might really happen in a city. I should have been clearer.![]()
Pssst. BUY a 55 gallon container! Its a good investment!I can see the day I'm down to the final bottle of nic in the freezer and planting tobacco in my backyard and doing extractions in my bathtub. If I can grow enough, I can take the excess out on a street corner to sell to cover my start up expenses and London shopping sprees. I can see my future, the glamorous life of a nic dealer.
Hahahaa!! I tasted the Everclear once.....that ish grew hair on the bottom of my feet!!!!Lol's.
I hate to think what the cheap vodka I bought actually tastes like.
Course, I could prob wrangle some "shine", a guy I work with actually brought some samples in...![]()
THE RESPONSE
1)--Remove tobacco classification because vaping products are primarily 100% tobacco free
2)--Change the predicate date from April 15, 2007 to the current date in (2016/2017/...) for the Pre-Market Tobacco Applications process (PMTA).
Am I the only one that sees what is so wrong about the above.
If we do # 1 number 2 should be totally unnecessary. Vaping is not smoking and vaping devices and e-liquid are not tobacco products......period!![]()

His name was Vinny and @WillyZee gets a kick back! It's all good! The scenarios @WillyZee mention are my reality. I was in some fast food spot. Dude walked in with a case, put it on a table, popped it open & I swear.....it was filled with a gazillion eGo vape pens & ej00ze! I was like.....ohhhhis this what we doin' now!? This same guy used to sell DVD's out that case.

Sorry if this has already been answered but if a company made zero nic juice will we still be able to purchase that?
I would feel better buying premixed 0mg juice and just adding my nic!
I wonder if I submitted pure VG if it would pass LOLNO. Zero nic has to pass a PMTA just as 24mg nic.
I have no idea what your problem is with what I said. You're giving the benefit of blowing clouds to children- not to adult vapers who also enjoy clouds.
Hahahaa!! I tasted the Everclear once.....that ish grew hair on the bottom of my feet!!!!![]()
It tastes exactly like what you get in a bar if you order a rail vodka and tonic. Or if you don't specify and the bartender doesn't try to upsell youLol's.
