Why did you feel the need to store it like that or was it some advice you were given here on the forum?
It was the recommendation someone was given by Provape. Think it was the second time I've heard it. I will be able to collect SS before I can find the post again. :(

I really do need to unbox some of my mod stock and use them for a week to make sure they're OK, especially since they're still under warranty. I got lazy and took the ProVaris for granted.
Check out your new Provaris for functionality. Make sure all is cool. The company will make it right if there is a problem. You don't want to discover problems down the line.

And even if you do come across a problem down the line, they'll still take care of it.

Somewhere out there
So far so good. Unscrew the coil and check that the positive pin isn't slotted and you are likely good to go. All the nova styles of heads have 510 threading as far as I recall, and although they can thread into each others' bases, wont work. Maybe buying a few will help you find out?
Ok mine is not slotted so worth getting some to try out! Thanks :)

Loving this thread. Vivi Nova heads, hahahahaha, my stock is not what it once was. Have a decent amount of PT1 and PT2 heads, wonder how much those run these days? Picturing myself trying to rebuild one... lol.

All the old school talk is pretty funny. I picture myself walking down a deserted street like something after an atomic bomb, pulling on probably my OG setup in my profile pic with an 8 year old bottle of Legend that looks like motor oil (it already does after 2) and the last surviving ego on the planet that is being run off a solar backpack.

I'm wondering what I will say in public about vaping. There are so many vapers where I work, most unprepared for the deeming and state & town laws that will follow. The subject will be a hot topic, especially when I am still vaping like nothing happened. There's a little voice in my head that says "keep your mouth shut, don't breath a word of how prepared you are" and the other little voice says " your just being paranoid. No one will rob your house or turn you into the cops". My town has stricter laws on tobacco and vaping than my state does. I/E It's already 21 and over for vaping here because of the town's laws but it's 18 and over for the state. Hell we can't even vape at the beach !

I guess we'll have to wait and see what the climate is like about vaping after August 8th. In the meantime I plan on keeping my mouth shut. No big vape parties for my paranoid self. I already feel like a criminal with a freezer full of 100mg/ml nicotine

I have only mentioned it to a couple of them. I was met with much scoffing and the assurance that there was nothing to worry about. One of them even defended the FDA saying they were just trying to protect us by standardizing everything. I felt burned and walked away feeling pretty frustrated. My current thoughts are that it isn't my job to save the world. That was just last week, and only two people out of 10 or so who vape.
I may soften again in time.

Nahh... I follow vapers in a Twitter list that I created and some began to follow me. That was fine until they started to tell me who to vote for. I dropped them from the list. I don't really communicate with most of them, just the high profile accts b/c they know to keep it relative to vaping.

I've gone way out of my way to talk to approximately 100 stores in the Chicagoland area, all the way back in November / December 2015, and told them I was organizing a Vape-In. They didn't want to hear anything about it. After advertising it on VU and ECF, one guy showed up and I never even found him at the event.

I'm on the email lists for CASAA, SFATA, and who knows how many lists. I respond to all drives and am on ECF probably 20+ hours a week.

I do what I can. By now, I think it's everyone for them self.

There's something else — profoundly ugly — but possible. It may be that in the future, the FDA and/or states manage to "deem" possession of vaping gear and eliquids to be a crime. That's when you really don't want anyone to know about your stash.

Except for here, and my wife, no one else knows what I've got. BTW, ECF is a website that's across the pond, and there's no personal information stored there which could lead the BATF or your state heavies to you. My wife is my wife.

I think ppl with gear/base will be grandfathered in legally but the long arm of the law has a funny way of messing with you and then saying OOPS. Sorry. Your loss... we didn't mean to pour 2 gallons of nic down the drain on you.

There is nothing like a Molehill Mountain tip to make your day! Each on is so unique and beautiful and made extremely well!
MhMA DT's are a work of art. I need to take the time to do some organization but I think I have 10 of them now.
