I have been vacillating on one for months and wanted a Procyon too, but finally caved to Radius, got to love finding deals on Classies! LOL
I don't like the Procyon as much as I really like the USB charging of the Radius.

I guess not having this shouldn't be such a big deal as I have 11 Provari tube mods, but it is nice to have IME.

So how long do you guys have until nothing more can be purchased? A year? Or just a very high tax forever
that is a loaded question, as we don't know... 2 years if they don't file a pmta that is approved, less if it goes out of stock, even less time (and higher prices) as stores start going out of business (already happening)........

I wouldn't mind having one high end mod. I've been vacillating between Provape's Radius and the SX Mini ML.
Just my $0.02....

I don't have the SX Mini ML and have a M, but my 2 main mods all year have been a SX Mini M and a Radius. Both are great mods.

The SX is MUCH heavier. It feels twice as heavy to me and it is bigger.

Both are a complete PITA to change a battery but have USB charging.

The Radius is better in every way except that the SX is much more powerful (75w vs 40 but a 60w Radius is now available) and the Radius doesn't read/fire any coils below 0.4ohms or so. So I can't use any of my Crowns with 0.25 prebuilt coils, which bugs me.

My SX was much cheaper than the Radius though.

Provape's customer service is amazing and the 1 year warranty is great too.

Oh. I thought I had it good cos I was in the uk but we got till may 2017

Hopefully 2 years for you guys but at least we got time to get more. Shame for the ppl yet to try but it could be a lot worse than a year.

Has anybody responded to the op and finally stocked up yet?
I want to be the last to say yes

And less if the FDA doesn't think you're "serious about submitting a PMTA." according to someone in another thread that knows more than me and actually read it. Talk about open door.

It's not doomsday though, there's still light outside. As of now, anything can still be purchased as long as it was already introduced into the market before 8/8. That may change later on the deadline as rules and regs are inforced (FDAregs.info), but we'll always be able to purchase devices 8/8 or older, vape gear, I believe for the next couple of years. The regs only effect the new products that come after 8/8, those are the ones that must meet and exceed FDA regs for approval; all juices, drip tips, mods, tank, atomizers, vape bags, etc which are now considered tobacco products now *cough* bs, but that's what the regs say.. a plastic drip tip or an o-ring a tobacco product? Pfft..

I'm stocked up, but I don't want to use it. That's why I'm still making small purchases and supporting vape stores. ( that sounded believable right? )

    Perfectly believable.

It extends the life span of the gear you have and gets you the parts you forgot to order the first time.

I dont have enough in reward points to justify buying anything else from ProVape for a long time. I consider that a good thing as there's not really anything I actually need. I think if I do buy another mod, it'll be a Dicodes. Have had my eye on them for a min now. o_O
Oh I bet that is nice :)

How big is the Radius? I generally don't like boxes but it looks so cool :)

A bit late for posting this as you already pulled the trigger. But here's a Radius flanked by a couple Pico's.

I guess we will all be fine but if the worst came to the worst the idea is already there. Things won't be great but I wonder what the backstreet modders can produce now?

    Considering the needs.
    Battery & holder
    positive and negative terminals
    Wire
    Cotton
    Glycerin

Nicotine is the only one but I'm sure we've all been putting some squirrel feed to one side ;)

As one door closes, another opens :nun:

    Feeling very optimistic today :)

I think I'm done except for batteries, more cotton, and more replacement parts. I need Goblin Mini v2 and KF4 parts, in particular. I haven't been able to find *any* insulators for my gennies, so I added 11 of those non-gennie RBAs because the parts seem plentiful. I also bought a mess of various insulators in PEEK; if worse comes to worst, I may dremel those into shape. Egads.

I dont trust myself with a dremel......wouldn't turn out well for me & whatever I'm trying to modify.

The nicotine is the #1 priority, the rest can be made/machined off the grid. I've done my homework and have gotten into Mech's. Easy to maintain and will last a few lifetimes.
