3 days vaping the luna with the recurve dual on top (set up single).

Ever hit that point where it just WORKS. No muss, no fuss, it tastes how you want it to, vapor production is right. You simply hit a happy place?

Yeah that is this setup for me. I do believe I am going to be shopping for a couple more Lunas and recurve duals.

Single 18650 from what I gather. There are a few reviews here on it, but I don't own one. Not that I don't want one. :)
The Aegis squonk is a single 18650. I have one sitting here I haven't opened. One thing about it though is again a very proprietary bottle setup which I am not having an easy time tracking down spares for. The few I have found have either been sold out or expensive.

I really like the feel of the Jackaroo but it is heavy for me. The Solo is so light and comfortable. I have kept one out because I just like it :)
If I'm building an RDA I use my Solo. Great mod, if I was using tanks it would be my number 1 mod.

The aegis 100 was already a 26650/2x700 single battery. (It came out in ‘17, the jackaroo two years later.) It’s big, but not as big as the jackaroo. I have two of both mods. I doubt I’ll ever use the jackaroos unless they’re the last in the stash. It’s just too big for me. I do like the aegis line in general. I was hoping after the Solo they were moving away from internal batteries for some mods.
I don't know why they stopped producing the Aegis 100W, it really has a lot going for it.

I love my Luna mods. I've been rocking a Luna/KRMA clone for about two months now. It just works. Same coil, three wick changes. I found that happy place also (said while picturing Happy Gilmore and the Alligator/friends vision from the movie.).

Ijoy exo s rta (really an rba). I got 3 in today.

Nicely constructed.

Counterclockwise coil needed.

Works with the original glass on tanks - no extender glass needed.

Relatively wide, on the Cerberus the bubble glass is nice to use.

Compatibility (fit):
Cerberus - Yes, may need to slightly push in on the positive contact from the connector side to get clean contact; I did this with no head or rba connected. All 3 rba worked fine across multiple connections after I did that.

NRG - Yes, works fine, no adjustments

Hellbeast - No, didn't seat properly, no contact (previously noted by others)

NRG SE - will test later today

SKRR-S - will test when I get it in, expect a Yes

Someone probably beat me to this.... but I don’t want you to think I’m ignoring the question
No, the aegis 100 has an alternative battery cap so you can use a 21700 instead of 2x650 (or 18650 with a sleeve)
I would love it if the solo took a larger battery!

Thanks sweetie. I figured that out after I posted this.

Awesome thanks, I've got a box of each coming and I'm excited to try them out.

In other news I'm getting pretty disappointed in these Geekvape Super Mesh x2 coils. Five days in and I'm already starting to get dry hits. Wish I didn't buy so many boxes and tried the Vaporessos before stocking up but I didn't know about the coil compatibility then.

Oh well I'll be super excited I have lots of boxes of 1 week coils in the stash when everything else is gone.

Stick with the Vaporesso GT coils as far as I’m concerned they’re the best sub ohm coils out there from my experience. And there are so many to choose from. I will say the mess GT coils weren’t my favorite. I stay with the G2 and ceramic 0.5 or 0.3 just for variety if I can find them.

Enjoy!!!

Me either, unless smaller mods were becoming better sellers. I have two, love them! They’ve been durable and dependable. They were my go to mod for out on the boat. Now they hang out with me when I’m helping with construction. The solo and the mini are much more portable, so they moved to boat mod position. Last weekend I took the boost. We were out for 4 hours, plenty battery (I was only at 17w) and juice capacity...plus, no glass to break (looks like that’s a real bonus for me this week )

Light and no glass is why my penguins were my go to mods out of the house for last 3 years.

As my Penguins are slowly dying it is a squonker of one variant or another taking their place.

Love my squonks too much to expose them to salt water and fish goo. They do get to go pretty much everywhere else with me though. Their reward for not having to get rinsed off in the live well . Sorry your penguins are dying. It seems like the closer deeming gets, the less stuff there is out there. Used to be you could still find new “old stock” around. Now, it’s either new on the market or discontinued.

The problem with Penguins always was internal battery mod and proprietary coil that really does not rebuild. They were great for years so no complaints.

I have a couple of beater squonks that I dont mind getting cruded up. Those are what leave the house. :)

I like the Boost, they really hit on a winner with the Aegis line.

I got it on a whim using reward points/dollars, really expecting to PIF it. When the Innokin biip came out, I ordered two because I do like the zenith. Tried one, PIFed both. I do somewhat like the Frenzy for higher nic stealth vaping. So, that gave me hope for the Boost. I like the better af, and it’s more pod-ish sized mod than a pod. If I still like it after the holidays, I’ll get a few more pods. I just hate to invest too much in an internal battery. Especially with deeming hanging over our heads.

I'm actually becoming a fan of my Breeze 2 now that I have the 1.2 coils in it. It doesn't spit juice at all anymore compared to the 1.0 coil even though it's not that much higher. Passed it around a lot at my work Christmas party today with some 5% peach juice and everyone loved it.

Now if I could just get to figuring out how to mix this nic salt liter I got I'd be in business for a while. But I have enough store bought juice to last a while so I don't feel the urgency.

Hi I am glad I missed infinity pages of deals. Seriously, my freaking,... Work which has been insane lately and I have also had unexpected but NECESSARY stuff happen, well, those suckers decided "We will pay you your monthly stipends, not during your last payperiod of the month LIKE ALWAYS but UPON Dec. 26th.

My monthly stipend is close to 1 k a month. I was planning to buy gifts with much of it and now I have to try and fix everything.

I'm not sure it's even LEGAL. They have said they have had cash flow problems but that was usually stuff like "We are going to issue you a paper check not a direct deposit."

Also, my performance review is on Monday. Not looking forward to THAT. I hope that stipend thing is not JUST for me, so they can fire me and save 1K or something? But like, who KNOWS. There was nothing about not talking about it secretly or whatever though.

My work is being sketchy so I shall buy nothing but what I need for a bit and it sure ain't like vape equipment. Etc.

    Who knows. Lord.

    Anna

If I never return it will be due to not affording internet and bankruptcy but hey, I'm hoping it is UNLIKELY.

The Aegis squonk is an excellent partner to the Solo and uses same chipset. Have had two in rotation since receiving on pre-release. It is light, compact, and holds 10 ml of liquid. And generally goes with me when I am out and about. Comes with two bottles, non-standard in design, but top fill and work very well. Have not seen spares but the bottles seem built to last snd about double a more typical thickness. Recommend.
