Don’t use a beaker, they’re not accurate. You need a graduated cylinder. I worked in a chemistry lab for years. Our professional grade beakers could be anywhere from close to as much as 50 ml off (the larger the beaker, the less accurate it is).

I've measured the one I would use with a graduated cylinder and it was very close. The largest graduated cylinder I have is 50 ml. I just use it for mixing juice. So it would really be a mess to have to pour out a bottle a whole bunch of times into the GC, then pour it into something else, then finally rebottle it. Think of all the oxygen getting mixed into the nic as well as what a hassle that would be. The beaker will be close enough to tell me if there is a discrepancy or not.

The other thought is to take the empty bottle the nic came in and measure out 1000ml water into it and see where it comes to. You’ll be able to tell when you open new ones if they’re “full” or not.

Walmart was a zoo. o_O

AND - What did Ya' expect ? ? ? When isn't Walmart either a Zoo or worse a MAD House ? ? ? ?

When I went to get the freezer on the 6th - nearly came to blows with one guy . . . :-x

Learned once again, if Ya' really have to get something at a Walmart - NEVER EVER - go unless it is early in the day, between 1 - 3 PM in the afternoon (before school is let out), or after Midnight . . . :censored:

Or Better yet - order online, pick-up at the store and have them bring it to your car . . . Just Sayin' . . .

Alas my FT cart is empty. Guess there's nothing I want there.

Mine is not. But holding off for a little bit, because there is always something I forget to add.

And I lied. I just checked out. Seems I always have a FastTech cart going.

I hate going to stores on a normal day. Refuse to go on weekends but go during the holidays blech no thank you.
I had to go for Mom, and I had to pick up a last minute second gift for her. It was crowded but we got very lucky in the checkout line. :thumb:

State of Anxiety
Now I just have to make it through the family party tonight with my sanity intact. I will be nervous this whole day. Can't wait til it's over. The less contact I have with my family the better for my mental health! Looking forward to tomorrow though. Just me and the cat.

    Somewhere between here and there
I just can’t get over how small the target mini is. I don’t have large hands and it’s so small it only is the length of 2/3 of my hand with an ammit mtl rda on it. I haven’t tried the tank that came with it yet. It’s hard to believe it’s a 2000 mah battery in it.

Regarding nic liters not being a full 1000 ml. I've never checked mine, and can't be bothered. At HV's prices lately, I'd still buy even if I knew it was a bit short. I still feel like I'm getting my money's worth. I think to be really accurate, you'd probably have to go by weight?

I was also thinking about this. I get my nic in vg. I had to let that last 8 oz bottle sit there with the small stream of vg nic trickle in and it was a lot stuck in the original bottle. I mean I was shocked how much was still in the bottle. Just a thought if you get vg nic. Let it sit there to get every drop out.

I have a halfway decent small scale, from nic measurement days years ago, plus a couple pound scale that's also pretty accurate.

Weigh a test sample in a graduated beaker, to get the base density

    Weigh a full liter bottle

    Weigh the bottle after decanting

The change in weight of the liter bottle divided by the density will be hoe many ml you have decanted.

    FT:
Too bad they no longer carry the brass Armor Prime, but I may scoop up one more black.

50m of my preferred twisted 26 kanthal

    some spare tank glass

Some 2 packs of kuro koiler jig tools, in 2/2.5/3 mm sizes. I like my coil master v4, except it is not great if you have to make a counter clockwise coil (the top part tries to unscrew). The KK jigs are fixed size, should work equally well for cw and ccw.

(If anyone wants a coilmaster v4, 8vape has them for $6)
