I'm waiting to see what all the Chinese retailers do.
How are you so certain about this? They're leaving it to the discretion of the Postal Service to enforce the new rules however they want. "Reasonable cause" has been used several times in that publication in determining what they deem is or isn't mailable. In accordance with the law, Probable Cause is the next step up from Reasonable Suspicion which is the bare minimum criteria for an act of enforcement to be engaged. On a scale of 0-100%, from completely unsure to without a doubt respectively, they only need to be about 25% sure before reaching Reasonable Suspicion to act, but does not allow them to conduct search and seizure. 33% to 50% for Probable Cause which enables them to conduct search and seizure. Reasonable Cause is likely Reasonable Suspicion with the ability to conduct search and seizure. They're more or less giving the Postal Service full reign on tearing through packages in my opinion. It's my guess that the Chinese retailers keep on shipping, using fake descriptions of "filters", just as usual. So what if a few packages get confiscated, 99.9% will get through.
Funny - I'm actually not worried about the new Postal reg's at all . . .
I know I know - now don't beat me up . . .
But I got everything I wanted and or NEEDED months ago that will last me for the next 15 - 20 years . . . Well that is if I live that long . . .

Just signed up! Not new to vaping but new to this site. I am attempting to get rid of the cigs permanently by vaping. Right now I am working on 3 days without them I’m using a Smok rpm 80 and have a pick 75 as a backup. Any advice anyone may have I would graciously accept!
Thanks. I had no idea. I did so much research in this forum before buying any 18650, I think I'd never buy any other brand than those I already have, to avoid doing all that research again. I wanted fuses because I saw a PBusardo video in which he said something like "always add this for safety first" (showing a fuse), before demonstrating the Bolt mod, which is what I bought quite a few of.see this post (and subsequent posts) for some answers
I just told my bro/sil that I'm not going to attempt to ship anymore liquid to them. They are on their own now. I'll have enough for at least 20 years or longer. If I reach a older age and or run out I'll just pick up something local. The wild west of vaping is mostly over..unless you order from across the pond.

"The main difference between probable cause and reasonable suspicion is that probable cause means there is concrete evidence of a crime and that any reasonable person might suspect criminal activity. In contrast, reasonable suspicion occurs when any reasonable officer might suspect a crime."

I'm breaking the apron strings and I'm assuming they can buy their own e liquid locally. I feel bad but I cannot take the chance of getting busted. I have been footing the bill on coils, mods and liquids for a long long time. I think I earned my freedom and I sent the link to the usps ban of mail.Consumers can still ship to each other. But there are rules and if you follow those rules shipping will be about $30 lol. See the first post on the vape mail ban thread for details on current published rules and a link to read them yourself.
Honestly though. If you are shipping a few small bottles at a time and just label them as "food flavoring", there really is no way they would know. Technically you are supposed to tell them if there is a liquid in the package, but if you wrap t really well with lots of padding, I would not even bother to tell them.
And by the way, if you print your own postage online, you will never have to even face a postal worker. You can either set it up for a free pickup or you can drop it in a big blue mailbox (if you do this, you have to make sure your package is small enough, otherwise you'll have to go into the post office and hand it to a postal worker at the counter. But in my Post Office, they never ask questions if postage is already prepaid. They just take the package, scan it and give me a receipt to prove they have possession of it).

I hit that point more than a year ago. I have been enjoying putting the cash I would have put into vaping supplies into other things like getting my floor loom up and working (amazing how many parts can get lost after 2 really bad house moves).Right there with you, Uncle. What I have will either be enough, or it won't. I'm long past worrying about it. I've spent years stocking up and worrying about it. That's enough. There are far worse things happening right now to worry about.
