We brought the website back up with an additional 500 connections. We are getting near the order cap though.. yes, even with this all going on people are able to place orders. We were down for 20 minutes as we solved a traffic flow issue. Let's keep this in perspective.

Thanks Ben. While you were posting this I had posted a new thread about an error while my transaction was processing. Any way you are able to confirm if my order went through?

You can a bit easier than I.

For now they still haven't put up a link to access your account but I can get you to where you need to be to check. Just follow these instructions:

Click on "Wish List" from under the shopping cart box on the left of the screen.

It should then ask you to log in (if you haven't/aren't) and then once you log in it'll automatically redirect to your user home area.

From there navigate to your "orders" tab. This will give you a lot more information and abilities to manage your order than I could.

However, if you want us to look into it drop us a message at our "Contact Us" area in our "Help" section and we will get back to you.

I just checked this and order status says "not finished" for both orders but it charged my card for both.

Thanks Sir. I do see my order in my order history as "not finished" status. I hope that means that it was successfully submitted but just waiting to be fulfilled.

For now (F5) seems to be the "go to" button to get the pages to refresh when you get the 503 error. I'll have them fixing this ASAP but it should only be an issue during times when everyone is waiting to pounce.

I still can't manage to get to the payment page. I keep getting "The following errors have occurred.
(14) The referrer, relay response or receipt link URL is invalid."
Turns out that was a problem with firefox. When I tried in IE, it put me through to the payment page.
