ARRGGGGH! SO disappointed.

Ok...So I bought one of the new ego-c twists to add to my collection of ego style batteries and then I saw a video of SteelJan using a phoenix bottom coil, so I ordered a box of them and was SO excited to see them in the mail today. I ran in, filled the sucker the way she showed in the video then when to put it on my twist and........it apparently needs an adapter or something. The phoenix isn't made to go on an ego style battery :'( NOW what?!? Do I need to order an adapter or what?

It doesn't need an adapter. You just need to pull the bottom post of the phoenix down a little with a paper clip, so that it can make contact with the recessed post of the Twist.

Also, the Twist has a 5 click on/off feature.

Did you accidentally order an 808 (female) threaded Phoenix instead of a 510 (male) thread, perhaps?

Looks like an 808 Phoenix not a 510 too me. You can get a 510-808 adapter and it will work

It's disappointing, but not able to be fixed. You will need to order an 808-510 adapter.

Do you have a Volt, or any other 808's?

Also, check your purchase order, maybe the vendor made a mistake...it happens.

yes you have to pay attention to the thread type ...510 threads are female battery/male atty and 808 is the reverse...you ordered the wrong threading....sorry to be the bearer of bad news, there are adapters but i dont know if the cost of the adapter and shipping would make sense for you here
