I agree! I think offering different o-rings is the way to go. Why make so much extra work for yourself if most issues can be fixed with a different sized o-ring.

That's how I deal with them. If they stay outside in their own home that's fine. If they come in my house uninvited, they are doomed!

I have found that all of mine it both my attys and my cartos - some tighter than others. I have also found that the longer I use and keep on a carto or atty the easier they fit. I say just sell the different size 0-rings for those who are having problems - make it easier on yourself.
