Reidus love the Dragon Tin.
I spent the whole night awake with my left arm swollen twice the size of my right arm. It's called Lympadema caused by having my centinal knodes out when I had my Breast operated on. The Doctors are telling me there is no cure once it happens and of course the heat is my worst enemy.
If anyone has any ideas or suggestion on living with this let me know.

yoga? I don't know of any studies on the effectiveness, but it may help with circulation and drainage...

Speaking of yoga, Tara wants a yoga DVD for Christmas. Her and Mom took yoga for around a year, and then the gym closed down. Any recommendations?

Mornin all. Hope your day's going well.
I think I'm almost done with my Christmas shopping. I found a couple of yoga dvd's on Amazon that sound reasonable. The ones that won't tell me what they want are getting gift cards, lol. Since I've already gotten my b-in-law and my oldest nephew and his wife taken care of, I'm moderately happy. Now I can focus on the food for the Christmas party, lol. That and finding out what the hell's wrong with my car. The folks at the dealer were supposed to call me yesterday and not a word!

Car update: apparently I'm gonna need a new head. I have no idea what that's gonna cost, only that I know it's not gonna be cheap. On an unrelated note, I'm heading over to a vape store tomorrow on the Westbank. Apparently, among other things, they carry Jameson juice. Any recommendations?

Yep, same here. Tracking shows leaving Wheat Ridge, hitting Denver, then back to WR . . . maybe the mailman's been hitting the eggnog a little too hard this season
