It couldn't possibly have done anything but go BOOM, and in a good way. There are always growing pains in a new business, starting your own website and bringing a great product to market.
Bert, your ability to keep everyone up to date is important in keeping the frustration to a low roar until you get some stock for your site and I must say you have grown in your knowledge of customer communication and appreciation in the last couple of weeks. It keeps us all calm when we see you post.
Now get off the forum and get to work-lol, I am teasing you.

How about Bert's Tip of the Week? That way you can update whats available weekly, and throw in a little blurb each week about ways to keep the tips clean, troubleshooting with the o-rings, etc. Something to keep it fun~!

Regardless of the name, you've really proven your desire to make customer service and quality tips a top priority, and you've got a loyal follower in me~!

And.....I retract what I said before!! It's every man for himself, and I'm grabbing the next tip available on the site....even if I have to pay $100,000 for it (totally joking!)
