Thanks, Starlight! That was actually a mystery tip. I understand folks wanting their "dream" tip, but sometimes what you get, while it might not be exactly what you THOUGHT you wanted, turns out to be just perfect. But, hey, that's just me. I haven't seen one yet that I don't like.
I could be wrong, but I think someone got their hand slapped the other day for trading in here rather than the classifieds. Maybe we need some kind of code?
Something like,
I would like you all to take a look at this tip*pic* This particular tip IS not for trade. Please DO not contact me if you are interested in a trade.
Instead of speculating we could just go to Joker directly and ask. If Bert gives me the okay, I'm more then happy to talk to Joker to see what we can work out.

All is good, but I'll be working again tonight (usually happens this way when ya got a job, lol). That means I'll miss the sale or most of it anyways unless it happens after 9:30 cst. Thank goodness no double or split shift this week.

I'm not after any, but hopefully Bert will show pics of them all. (maybe after or something) I really liked seeing them last night. I had fun, but wasn't involved in getting any ..... I know how frustrating it can be. I got skunked a couple of times too.

I think that was just a case of "mod in wrong place at wrong time" because they really can't keep up with everything on here. I have traded twice and they were both posted in here

I love Katdarling's idea for an option to order... I was here for approximately 7 hours for Saturday night's sale, and I loved seeing all the choices at once. Not to mention it was so much fun, the hours just flew by. I didn't get my first choice (Aquatic Swirl Pillar) Saturday night, but it was great having tons of second choices
As a newbie TrippyTip lover, I would feel kinda bad snatching up something a Tripster with more seniority had been waiting for The option to order would eliminate that and everyone could feel like a winner!
I was here for about another 7 hours for last night's sale. It was fun in the beginning, but it was an excruciatingly painful refresh marathon! I think I clicked myself into carpel tunnel!
Perhaps whenever one of these sales comes up, a group photo of the tips being sold could be posted ? -- I think it would help because seeing what's available people can decide to stay for the sale or wait for another sale to try to get what they're looking for. It would free up the thread and the site... easier traffic for both sites (?)

I'm pretty sure Bert reads these. While ordering would be awesome for when you know just what you want, I still like the regular sales. Kind of an adrenaline rush. Like black friday without the pepper spray. And sometimes, I don't know what I want until I see it. LOL!

I honestly dont know about that, but since a supplier is not allowed on the classifieds, how else are we to announce what is available from our personal collections?

Pam, Bert was thinking of putting like a trade "listing" on his TrippyTips.com site .... not sure how it would work, but you might be able to post "tip for trade, e-mail me" or something. Maybe pictures, I don't know ....

I know I have seen trade threads for juice and the like under other supplier threads on ECF. Why wouldn't it be allowed here in Bert's thread?
Also, Berts sales are like the JBTank sales and they keep right on rocking, with the only exception being that Bert has a website for his and allows the fun here on ECF, too.

I finally put my pictures of my tips on the Pics Thread .... not great pictures, but I'm not a photographer.
I hope the trade issue gets sorted out .... I have like 5 I could pass on, trade or to folks who are trippy-less. (oh the horror!) LOL
