Most excellent post, VanderVape. I do believe the vendor(s) who do make FULL, honest disclosure and also the ones who do have their juices tested (with solid proof publicly available) will end up with the Lion's share of the e-juice trade. It will be interesting to see who the "Leader of the Pack" will be, doncha think?

Yes I agree! It will be interesting to see "Leader of the Pack". It does seem like everyone is jumping in on the e-juice market. I thank a special group of people for my wake-up call. They all know who "they" are! They are on another forum. Bless their dear hearts!

The FAQ doesn't mention diacetyl. I know BWB has stated they don't use it, but it's not addressed by the FAQ.

Shopping for diacetyl free juices is a big pain when the info isn't stated in the FAQ's, isn't it? I was browsing around online last night looking for e-juice vendors that don't use that nasty ingredient, but I got so tired and impatient that I gave up for the night. :?:

I wish Shell and I would've thought about the diacetyl issue before buying some of the juices we have. We even have a couple 60mls and wouldn't ya know it that both contain diacetyl. Since Shell is more sensitive to what's in the juice than I am, I told her I would vape them and she can order diacetyl free juices this week. I just can't get myself to waste so much money. Damned if I do...damned if I don't, ya know?

Btw, tea...I love your avatar!! :) Very cool!

Indeed. For the time being I'm not buying anything that might have buttery/cream component, and choosing vendors who state they don't use it, like Vaperite. Maybe if more vendors see sales start to slip on their buttery/dessert/coffee flavors they'll get serious about diacetyl.

That is a sad thing that it would have to resort to that in the first place. Vendors should either find a new flavor that doesn't contain the nasty stuff, or just remove their juices that do and state "no longer available because we don't want to sell you flavors that contain Diacetyl." It would go a long way if they did.

SO, what happen to the flavours that were taken off the list eg. apple pie an coffee? And why the heck they don't make a page to sell ONLY the safe flavours for vapers?

And about Liberty Flights, well why are they still selling flavours to vapers such as the apple pie from FA anyway if it says it does contain the diacetyl thing?

Btw, who can I trust to buy flavours from that are safe to me as well as to my attys?

...don't know what oba oba is, but Vapors Etc. state that all of their flavors are DIACETYL FREE.

Their vanillas (vanilla and vanilla tobacco are GREAT).

TC

Oba Oba is a tobacco that sometimes tastes like bubblegum, and sometimes tastes like cotton candy. I know that it has some vanilla in it, and made by FA so I stopped vaping it. I really miss it.

I will take a look at vapers etc. Thanks for the info on the vanilla tobacco. :)

Thanks VV. I always wondered what oba oba was. Sounds good, I see why you miss it.

@ Warbdan -- what about Flavor West flavorings (from Vaporrenu)? Have you tried those? I heard they were diacetyl-free. Please and thank you.

Vapor Renu flavorings are excellent and they were one of the first to declare theor stock was diacetyl free.

Hi Seabrook
I have tried flavorwest flavoring. I bought them from Nicvape since he sells small 10ml sizes. VR sells the full 30ml. I tried the gummi bear, fruit stripe gum, tobacco, havana tobacco and I just ordered the cherry and peach tobacco he just placed on his site.

I don't usually vape sweet flavors. However, the gummi bear and fruit stripe gum are amazing. The regular tobacco is just that. No frills but plain old tobacco flavorings. Havana tobacco has more of a rich tobacco/cigar flavor. I mix in just a touch of menthol to smooth out the richness.

I read somewhere on twitter or facebook that vapor renu bought out flavorwest. Flavorwest still had a website to order. However, no sample sizes available. Shipping is around 10.00.

I like to order from nicvape because he has a great reputation. In addition, he knows about the products he sells. Hope this helps you.....

Hi SDH back attcha, lil buddy. I've heard on another thread someplace good reviews also on the gummi bear and the fruit strip.

Does that mean the "plain old tobacco flavorings" are good? You like them? What do you mean by a touch of menthol? Do you add two drops then to a 6ml bottle? Or more? Or you just test it along the way?

One last Q: Was it the Wild Cherry you ordered? That and the Bubblegum were faves from the eJuices I bought from Vaporrenu before I started making my own. Very pleasant flavors. Please and thank you.:)
