    Briefly describe your problem or issue
    I enrolled as a member of Aspen Valley Vapes peak membership program which anong other thing, assures you of receiving SAME DAY processing and shipping of your orders.
    Bearing this in mind, I ordered a RX200 from them before 11:00 am on Tuesday the 8th. Guess what, not only did the package NOT ship on Tuesday, which would have almost guaranteed delivery from Colorado to Washington by today, it was finally shipped on Wednesday the 9th with what was proclaimed as priority 2 day shipping. Guess what, it's now 3 days later and no vape Mail!
    The claim was they were not around Tuesday to process the order, therefore the 2 day shipping was applied.
    Don't waste your time or money on the Peak program offered by Aspen Valley Vapes, it like throwing money away!​
