I've had my Atlantis and sub ohm battery setup for a few weeks now and have really enjoyed it and it hasn't missed a beat or given me any issues until today. I've been using my old Totally Wicked ego charger with it since the day I got it and it's worked fine. I looked and the output is rated at 420ma so it should be well within acceptable parameters. I never come close to running my batteries dead and the longest I've ever seen it take to charge was about 3 hours. Well it still had a decent amount of power left from what I could tell when I put it on the charger around 7am this morning. Well here it is now almost 1pm and it still says it's charging and the light hasn't gone out. I've been checking on it every so often to make sure it's not getting hot or anything and besides the charger itself being a tad warm all seems fine. I have taken it off charge twice for maybe 5 minutes to take a few puffs as this is the only battery I have that will fire the Atlantis and I've been having issues with my nautilus. Anyways sorry for the long winded post just trying to be thorough. Any ideas on what the issue may be? I'm going to take it off the charger soon because it's got me worried. Is this most likely a charger issue or battery issue? I also just cleaned both connections fairly recently and they're in good shape. Thanks for any and all suggestions!

Well I took it off the charger and used it for just a little bit then put it back on the charger and finally after a while the light did go out and it seems to be fully charged. I'm going to use it some then charge again and see what it does. Hopefully it's alright. It hasn't even been 30 days since the day I ordered it so I was just getting ready to email the vendor when the light went out.
I have a quick question for others with the same battery. Ever since I bought this when I charge it the blue light will go out but the light on the charger will stay red for a while after then eventually it will turn green. Normal?

I was thinking the same thing the other day so I cleaned it the best I could with some rubbing alcohol. It's an older charger anyways so I'll probably just go and spend the $6 or whatever it is for a new one just to be sure and that way I'll have a spare as well. I used to have 2 but I gave one to a friend with an old setup I no longer used and I didn't really expect to ever use an ego charger again anyways. I like this setup but can't wait to eventually get a regulated device to run it on.

I saw the same thing happen back when I used Ego batteries. They would stay on red forever. In my case the same battery would charge just fine on a different charger. It happened twice and both times it was a bad charger, the part you screw the Ego into not the part that plugs into the wall. When it happened to me, despite the red light being on the battery didn't seem to have picked up any charge at all. At least not much. Is this the case with yours?

that used to happen to me when i used my ego chargers. the cause of my issue was the connector where u screwed on the battery was just real dirty and I had to clean it up.

I had that too. But I think eventually the insulator between the positive and negative connections in the charger just breaks down completely, to where cleaning it doesn't do it any more.

This is the first time that the light on the battery stayed lit and indicated it was charging for this long. Once the light finally went out it did seem to be fully charged. I've come to kind of ignore the light on the charger and just go by the button that lights up on the battery. Sounds like I should try a new charger. I think it's kind of stupid that they don't supply a charger with this battery.

I'm experiencing the exact same issue with the same set-up today. The bad part is, I'm stuck at work until 4:30 and my only back-up is almost out of juice! I don't have this problem with it on the charger I use at home, so I'm guessing it is just a lesser quality charger. If I have to stop at a gas station and buy a cheapie vape to get through the day I'm going to be angry with myself. I now know to carry a back-up for my back-up. Sheesh.

I'm having the exact same issue. The battery is taking about 20 hrs to charge, I would be interested in what your vendor says, mine just told me to buy an Aspire charger.

I heard back from the vendor and they want me to send them the battery back. The thing is this is all I have that will fire my Atlantis and I really don't want to go without it so I asked them if there's another way we can do this. I offered to purchase a new one then send back the old one for a refund when the new one is received. Waiting to hear back from them about that. How long have you had yours and when did this issue start?

I've had mine for about a month and it's done this from the beginning. I guess I'm going to try and find another charger although quite a few available locally don't fit.
