Hi Vets,

I am looking at this kit at the moment, I am currently using a VV (1900) at 4v with a 1.8ohm coil. It was enough for me but now its just not enough. I vape a menthol flavour which is 6mg.

I wanted something that would give me a kick, i'm not necessarily into plumes of smoke but it would be nice to have the option at a later date.

Any reviews would be appreciated.

Hey man.

First, if you want the kick few options
A) Up your nic level. probably easiest
B) Up your power level. This means getting a subtank, and a device that can handle sub ohm vaping. Easiest would be...
C) Get a high powered regulated mod. Up the power to whatever you want. Works good on subtanks, or sub ohm vaping, but also could work for a high ohm coil, such as 1 ohm. I vape 3mg at 60-75 watts, and get plenty of kick...

Happy vaping!

+1 to what @Spencer87 said above.

I don't own one of those kits, but own something that's similar in technology. I think it's a good upgrade from what you've been using and will give you some room to grow, experiment and find your next level of vaping. The battery is more powerful, the wattage settings are capable of giving a better vape on a wider variety of toppers, and the Atlantis topper that comes with it should give you more of that "kick" that you're looking for.

As with any new device, it'll takje a bit of getting used to to get the best out of the setup. Some bits of advice while starting out with it:
  • Prime the coils before vaping. Drop 4-5 drops directly on the coil, then install the coil head in the tank and let it sit for about 10 minutes. This helps a lot to prevent burning a new coil.
  • Start out with low power and take a few puffs. Then adjust the power up a bit and take a few more puffs. At some point, you will get just a bit of off flavor or a slight sense of burnt taste. At that point, back the power down a notch. Each different juice will have a different "sweet spot"
  • Also, different coils will require different power settings
  • Give the coil a bit of time between puffs to re-wick
Hope it helps and Happy Vaping!
