Hey, I've recently got a set with 3 Aspire ET-S BDC tanks, and I've been nothing but displeased, I got 3 extra coils, and the only time the tanks have worked at all has been with brand new coils, otherwise, As soon as I fill up the tank, all nice and tight. Let it sit, give it some primer puffs. Straight away, I'll have leaking on the battery. If I try and blow it out, all of a sudden the whole tanks full of liquid and is unusable. I've washed them, and dried them out about 20 times. It's wasting so much of my juice, and I have nothing else to use, fortunately I ordered some Mini Protank II's which are on their way.. but for now is there anyway I can salvage these as I have nothing I can use currently..? Feels like I've wasted a good $30...

What's the PG/VG ratio of your juice? High PG is very thin. High VG is very thick.
keep in mind, most Bottom coil designs work on a vacuum seal. I would check to make sure all the grommets and washers are in place and tight. make sure nothing is crossthreaded, and make sure everything is finger tight. If something isn't threaded right or one of the washers/grommets are missing, then it will let the vacuum seal leak, and thus the juice will slowly leak out as well.
probably unrelated, but also never keep your ecig out in the hot sun... that will also mess with the pressure and vacuum as well.

I'm currently using halo juice, that I had from an old attempt at quitting. No idea what their ratio's are, but I got some MBV Juices 50/50 on the way, so maybe they'll work a bit better. I'll keep trying I guess, but I've been going a week or so, and I've spent more time trying to fix it than I have using the darn things!
I'm having the same issue with mine. Just got a Vision Spinner 650mAh for work/driving and a VS II, and 3 Aspire BDC's (pink, blue, and silver) as well as a 5-pack of replacement coils. (The default coils on the Aspire's are 1.8ohm and the replacements are 2.1) Everything worked fine for the first fill on 2 of the clearos, and lasted a couple of days (used with my VS 650mAh). The second time I filled my pink one it started leaking insanely (same bat).
I made absolutely sure no liquid dripped into the center tube while filling and kept it upright for at least 20 minutes after re-sealing the coil to the tank. It isn't leaking from the center hole, it looked to be leaking from the edges around the yellowish rubber ring. I checked the coil and everything was fitted fine, I didn't loosen it or take it apart when I refilled my e-liquid, so I have no clue why it is all of a sudden leaking. When I took the coil out it looked like the bottom part that connects to the battery was slightly crooked, but everything is as tight as I can get it, and when I compared it to a fresh coil I saw no visible differences, no damage, no missing parts, and no cracks. So I swapped the coil out for a fresh one and set the leaking one to the side.
The next day, I pull out my blue BDC to fill with a different flavor, and this one leaks within 20 minutes (with only about 4-5 puffs the whole time, on my VS II 1600mAh). Hasn't been dropped, I was indoors in the A/C the whole time. Not sure of the PG/VG ratio of my liquids, but with the pink one I used the same liquid both times, so I do not think it is the e-liquid viscosity. I emptied it and again compared the coil, this time I did not see anything crooked, and no damage etc. So I have set that one aside for the moment until I have time to empty it and try again. I did notice with my pink one I did not tighten the tank to the battery as much, and so far no leaks today. Aside from the leaking, these tanks do give great hits, lots of vapor, and much better flavor than my long-wicked Halo Triton clearos. I only wish they did not leak, came in more colors, and had replaceable drip tips.

I've refilled my 3 separately about 4-5 times today.
Used a hair dryer to dry them quickly.
Everything is spick, there's not a drop of condensation or anything anywhere, and every dang time, I get a puff or two, then it drops off and I unscrew it to find liquid on the bat, I have 3-4 days until my 2 Pro tanks arrive, so I'm really quite frustrated. These will be going straight in the bin when I get some working ones... Currently have nothing to smoke or vape and It's really getting to me.
It's ridiculous because the few times it has worked, it's worked a charm, but now I can't even to get it to work for a few minutes.
