I have 2 mini nautilus that keep exploding when I vape them. Unless they're full they pop and explode in my mouth, ...? whats with the firecrackers? I have kangers that give me less problems.I like the design of the aspire's but would prefer to put up with leaking kangers to the blow up's with the aspire. Any way to tame these things down? help me out here.

Have you checked the basics / performed routine maintenance, dry & clean air chamber in base underneath head, make sure the head is tight into the base, twist a napkin or use a qtip & dry center / air tube - don't over tighten tank to base, don't inhale hard & fast, try different air holes.
Some hissing & lite snap crackle pop is fairly normal.

Sounds like they're flooded or it is time to change head.
If flooded - Remove drip tip dry center / air tube, replace drip tip, turn upside down so juice level is below wicking holes, press fire button for 3 ~ 5 seconds this will burn off excess liquid in head, may have to experiment with how long to hold fire button, start of with short button presses.

What juice are you using? and at what power? How many watts?

I would either change juices, or take your juice and open the top and let it air out for a day or so. I have had popping in my big Tobh, but I was running about 35+ watts with a juice that had bourbon (or bourbon flavor). When I took the top off to test burn it, I got a pop and a blue flame for a second. I retired that juice.

Now this 26650 sized Tobh dripper is an inch and an eighth across and 5/8" deep in the chamber. The pop startled me. The nautilus BVC coil is tiny in comparison.

I'd also change the air flow setting. Up or down.
