In my opinion when talking about throat hit it is not taste but more of the smoothness of the vape. I started making one of my DIY recipes at 60/40 VG/PG and it was bit harsh on my throat so I switched it to 70/30 and it is much better for me. Still tastes exactly the same in my opinion though.
Yes taste, experience. I lumped it together.... sry I , got us off track....
SO...who's got the Nautilus 2 lets here some reviews.

No reason to apologize because some will consider throat hit part of the taste and I don't. I guess it could be considered part of the taste experience like spicy food.

With my Nautilus 2, with the 5 air holes I lessen the airflow by covering the larger hole leaving 4 and I must say i get a great draw. As far as flavor I have a level 18mg juice (12 might be okay and I have but didn't try it yet) and there is definitely a flavor difference from the old Nautilus to the 2. The Nautilus 2 has much more flavor each draw and I feel the full strength of a 18mg juice so i don't feel like anything about the juice is getting distorted by this tank. The 1.8 ohm coil can go between 4.2 to 5 volts so I keep my wattage at 15.5 and that's just about 5 volts I believe. Even though I cloud chase, waking up has me feeling like any nicotine is harsher so I went straight to my Target Mini with my Nautilus 2 on it instead of my Alien with the cloud beast 6mg nic at 85 watts. Being that I am vaping Nautilus 2 with my Target Mini, I find that with my small mod I wish that the airflow system was on the top of the tank so my hand doesn't get in it's way like the Target Mini tank. But from the way the tank screws into my mod the air holes are away from where my hand will touch the tank. I don't think that it's such a big deal being that everyone has their own preferences as far as which devices to use anyway.

The older coils said they only go up to 4.2 volts. These say 4.2-5.0

To me I don't care what the coils are rated at because I have experienced extended coil life by running lower than the recommended wattage and all that matters to me is good taste and a nice cloud. I have found many of my e-Liquids actually taste better at a lower wattage. Not all mind you some taste much better.

I know you are correct. Just that you don't get a large cloud with a mouth to lung hit but everyone has their preference.

The Nautilus 2 comes with 1.8 coils BVC.

Does it come with the new 0.7 ohm as well? That seems as interesting as the tank. Also, when you go to refill and take the metal top part off, is the glass in the bottom just held by o rings? Look likely to get knocked loose when refilling and leak?

The bottom of the glass is held in firm but is held in by 2 rubber o rings. You shouldn't have an issue when refilling. I didn't try the .7 coil yet.

I vape 3MG no matter what I am using from the Nautilus Minis to my Griffin 25 Plus. The only difference is I can't chain vape like with my Minis
I would find that hard to do. I vape a 6 on a .3 dual coil build on my twisted messes and my TFV8 cloud beast. The lowest I'll go on the Nautilus 2 with the 1.8 coil is maybe a 12mg juice.

When I first quit I was vaping 18 to 24 MG but after 2 1/2 years plus I do not need nicotine anymore I just like it.
That wasn't never the case with me. I'm heavily addicted to nicotine still. The truth is I am starting to use lower nicotine like a 6 for less than a .5 coil and soon will use 12mg in my Nautilus 2. I used to use 24mg-18mg in my Nautilus and level 12 for .5 coil or less.
