Try blowing it out through the airhole side over a sink.
I gotta say, this tank has been trouble-free for me.
I suspect you may be getting juice in the central air channel when filling it.
The only other thing, I can think of, is that you might have a bad oring somewhere.
Hope you can get it working right.

I think I know how this tank leaks and floods. Once when I went to refill it, I loosened the second layer and not the very top. The second layer is part of the metal chimney that goes down the middle of the tank. Once I realized what I had done, I immediately tightened it and then removed the top properly but it had already flooded a bit. Now I am careful to only loosen the very top which should only be a 1/4 turn anyway. I hope this helps with flooding issues. I am still enjoying this tank and have ordered 2 more in different colours.
I changed out the 0.7 mesh coil for the 0.7 cotton coil Yesterday. Probably could have run out the month with it, but wanted to try this other one.
It’s a fair bit tighter draw than the mesh, taking this tank over to a full on MTL tank.
Wide open it’s still pretty loose, but not as loose as the mesh.
Flavor is good.
The mesh coil is flavorful, but mesh always seems to have a problem with getting the profile right: it’s flavorful just not necessarily the flavor you had in mind.
The cotton coil does a better job, in that regard.
Running at 17W. Started at 6W for the break in. Don’t wanna fry them coils.
Now to run this coil, until it dies, to see if it has a worthwhile lifespan.

The 0.7 cotton BVC coil went down hard today.
One minute it was fine, the next: not so much.
Let’s make it Ten days.
Not toooo shabby, given that 15W, flavored 50/50 juice, regimen it was on.
I think I can improve on that with practice, but the mesh wins for no muss no fuss vaping.
That’s an easy month-long coil.
Mesh is just that much more durable. it’s hard to kill with reasonable juice.
I’ll probably pick up another Fifty mesh coils, at some point.

I finally got my nautilus GT tank. Upon the first day the mesh coil was a dud. (Note: Ive been using Nautilus/coils since they first introduced the tank series). I changed out to my 0.7 coil (not mesh) and its good. I bottom filled. It really looks good on a solo.
0.7oHm Mesh coil expired Today, so One Month on the dot. Not too shabby.
I do think I like the cotton coil a bit better for flavor, but I’m not going to get a Month of use out of them.

The zenith airflow can be closed down. I like it airy.
The Zenith mesh coils don't hold a candle to the Nautilus mesh ones. Oh, how I wish I had not tried the (Stocked to death with the 1.6.) But, that mesh coil is a thing of beauty.
The tanks I have stocked up on drop in coils (only two) well, I don't try any "new and improved coil EVER." What I don't know won't hurt me.
I like the zenith and the N2 coil takers (I have kabukis) and I like them both for different reason. But I don't even try a new drop in tank I save all my love for RTAs.

I dunno. I like that Plexus mesh 0.5oHm coil quite a bit, especially with tobaccos.
I’ve always found mesh coils to work really well with tobacco juices.

I am more waiting to hear the Aries II is nothing like the Ares I. That would be nice.
I am sure the Zenith pro is slightly different with all that lovely glass to crack. LOL Sometimes its good to quit the hunt.

I just ordered my Nautilus GT. After using ceramic coils I'm very curious about the Nautilus mesh. If I like them, what do I look for to order? It gets really confusing between so many Nautilus branded products.
Speaking of top fill tanks leaking...
I was mixing a flavored juice on the fly, directly into the tank (always a bad idea), and got hung up picking a secondary flavor, with the top off, and the air open, only to look over to see juice seeping out of the air intake.
The moral of the story: Don’t dilly dally, just fill it and close it, or you will get juice running out of the tank.

I put this tank on a SMOK Baby Alien and they look like they were made for each other. Started using the Nautilus 1.8 coil in it and I find the flavour is better than the .7 coil in this
