Been using the mvp 3 since it came out. On my second one and they both had problems. Im looking for a new mod that goes below 10 watts but atleast goes to 30. I saw the aspire pegasus and ipv 4s i dont know if they are the best. Id rather internal battery but i have vtc 5's for my segeli so i can do external. Anyone know of anything less then 80$$?
Aspire Pegasus?? Or Any other recommendations??

If I were going to buy a VW mod I would recommend the IPV 3Li. I have two IPV3's that I have owned for a very long time and I use them very day. You get one on Fasttech for a little over $71.00. If you order from them pay for USPS shipping otherwise it will take forever to get. If I pay for shipping it generally takes about 14 days. Order it after the holidays.

Sig 50 goes down to 7 watts... Sigelei 50 watt V2 Box Mod only $29.99 for an awesome solid devie with a YIHI chip.
The Isticks are decent devices, except for the new Basic I've owned everyone (20, 30, 40tc, 50, 60tc and 100) and never had a problem with them.
My personal favorite and one I would highly recommend is the EVIC VTC Mini. It's small, solid and has upgradeable firmware. You can find them for under $50 like at myvaporstore ($44).
