Just bought one of these today.

Comes with 0.6 and 1.2 ohm coils.

Same coils are sold online for the pockeX but the user manual in the box says it will take up to a 1.8 ohm

Does this fit the nautilus coils?

The PockeX coils are not compatible with the Nautilus Coils
