So I went and bought the Atlantis and sub ohm battery and all was well until I went to charge it. The first time wasn't so bad. After that the battery has taken well over 12 hours to charge. I am not using an aspire brand charger however I am using one with same output. I contacted aspire and they told me to use their charger.i have a hard time believing that will make a difference as they all do the same thing.has anyone else experienced this? I will probably grab their charger but it doesn't really make much sense as it's probably just the same with aspire written on it.

Note that a wall adapter generally puts out more power [edit: sorry, more current] (and therefore charges a battery faster) than your computer's USB port. Could that be the issue you all are having? I don't see how just using their charger can make a difference if it has the same specs as another charger but (assuming one came with the battery) it might be worth a shot to try it out and see what happens anyway, just for shiggles and gits.

Hm that's interesting. I guess I'll just sprung for the aspire charger though I have a feeling that's probably not it. I know when I plug it in the red light switches to green but for a fraction of a second. It does this the whole time it charges. I remember it used to be the green light would blink and stay longer and longer as it got more charge

Don't have the battery but if you are using an old ego charger and it's only rated at say 200 mA (0.2 A output) it will take about 10 hours to charge a 2000 mAh battery. I know the aspire premium kit I got my dad charges the 1100 mAh battery in about 2 hours. Don't know if that helps you guys but just something to keep in mind.
