Aspire V2 coils

I posted this in atomizers and got no replies, so mods I'm sorry for the double post and posting in the wrong area.

I picked up up a few packs of these because they are 100% OCC (I sacrificed one to see, which I can post if people want to see)


I popped one in my Atlantis last night for the first time and noticed it needed a ton of priming and dry pulls to get the cotton aftertaste out of the vape. I'm vaping a very strong and high VG fruity flavor. I was wondering if anyone else has experienced this?
