Hi,
I have two spare eGo-T batteries, and I want to assemble a starter kit for a friend of mine who was interested in vaping.

One is 3.3V regulated, the other one seems to be 4.2-3.3V unregulated, as it produces a bit more vapor. The unregulated battery came with a CE4+ clearomizer, however A) I used it and B) the resistance seems way to high, as it produces little vapor, and even less with the regulated battery.

Now I want to add something that does't look like from outer space, gives passable vapor and is easy to use. I have some low-resistance Boge cartomizers in the mail and while the look fits and the vapor should be good, I'm not so sure about whether the longevity of the cartomizers and the relatively complicated filling procedure aren't a bit off-putting.

Even though both look like alien technology: Karger ProTank Mini or Vapeonly BCC Mini? Or just the Boge Cartomizers? eGo-C type A or B, whatever the difference may be? Something else, and if any of them, which resistance (as I can't test-vape any except for the Boge cartomizers)?

And another question: Will 12mg for "Full-Flavor" (1.0mg nic) smokers do?

I would think the ProTank mini would do just fine, maybe a Vivi Nova mini as well. For whichever delivery system I wouldn't go above 1.8 on the resistance as the vapor production wouldn't be very good with those batteries. As far as the liquid, I would err on the side of caution and start him out on at least 18mg. Reason being, me and my mom both got ego kits at the same time. I bought 24mg juice the first time around, she bought 6mg.....7 months later, I haven't smoked an analog since my kit came in the mail and she's still ripping marlboro's on the daily. I've since dropped down to around 12mg, but I highly encourage people who are new to vaping to go higher first and then work their way down. The last thing you want is for them to not get that "fix" off the bat and just give vaping up all together b/c they feel like it won't help.
