I have to go there about once a month to pay a traffic ticket. Well today I took my ecig inside with me, through all the screening, because, well screw it! It's not a weapon, there's no reason I shouldn't be able to have it on me.

Anyway, I put all my stuff in the scan box, my fully assembled 510 pen style with a clearomizer and drip tip on it, and my charging pack. What reaction did I get? A bad one? No, in fact, it passed right through with complete indifference. No one said anything at all.

Of course, I didn't try an use it in the building; no reason to start something when I'm in and out in less than 20 minutes. But the fact that I didn't get weird looks, and wasn't told that I couldn't bring it in was encouraging!

Thats pretty cool, and hopefully just becomes standardized reaction.

Our main court locally just got robbed for $1.5-1.7 million dollars in gold, I don't think I'd want to bring anything they could think is "dangerous" lol

Oh my god, I saw that on the local news! I'm only one county below you :p, geographically that is. That's horrible. It's not just about the monetary value, the historical value of that was practically priceless.
