I wear my blucig in a crocheted necklace. Not only does it keep me from loosing the thing all the time, but allows for a quick and easy stealth vape. I had a couple of vapes during the hour or so I was back in the stacks at the library. Nobody noticed.

When I went to the desk to check out my books, the librarian commented on my necklace, "That's pretty. Is it a pen or something?"

I told her what it was, and next thing you know, I am giving an e-cig demonstration to three librarians and one patron. They said things like "Cool", "Amazing", "Great idea", 'It smells so good", and "I have to get one of those for a smoker I know." The one librarian said she was going to check out some websites as soon as she was done checking everyone out.

It seems my necklace is a tiny billboard for vaping. :D

That is an awesome idea! I went to a club over the weekend & vaped there. People were coming up to me, asking how it worked, etc. Some people who had more than a few drinks in them even asked to try it (which is why I brought my spare & promptly disinfected it upon arrival home).

The main reason that I reply to your thread is that as a newly quit analog smoker, that I wish there was a "sign" I could wear around my neck to state that I've recently quit smoking.

I cannot advocate e-cigarette useage enough. It got me off of a 28-year, 2 pack a day habit. I've been trying to quit for 5 of those years & have never quit with so little physical discomfort as with the e-cigarette. I even post/change my facebook status about my progress with vaping.

What a great idea you have - would you be willing to make a few more for a few dollars? :D

Thanks ladies. I am suprized more vendors don't have something like this. I'd think all us vaping gals would want one. They are so convenient. No more digging in my purse (or in my couch cusions) looking for my e-cig. Maybe we can start a new fashion trend? :)

Thanks Bud. I'd have to register as a supplier to sell them, and suppliers can't post in most of the sub forums here. I 'd love to sell them, but I also love posting here. So I don't know what to do :(

I agree with your reading of the rules, but Moderators/Site Owners, does that rule make sense in this case? I could see if the vendor sold devices/parts/juice, but if it were just cases is that reason to prevent the supplier from posting in other areas? Perhaps with the restriction that no overt self-promotion could occur?

I know I'm new here and the rules exist for very good reason, just asking...

Would you be willing to share the directions/pattern? I crochet but can't figure out from your picture how you did this. What kind of yarn did you use? I'd have to adapt what you did, since I have the M201 penstyle, which I love.
