I can't speak from experience because I have never been to this vape shop but I can say customer service is a very important part in this business and if the employees are not delivering at a good level management should be making changes. However I do not think that they would be a bad shop because they won't cut you deals, you have to realize that they most likely set prices accordingly to what their overhead is and probably aren't making much on batteries. I mean we all want deals but them not doing it shouldn't make them a bad shop.
