I recently had yet another buzzkill... This time is related to the ceramic wick my atlantis sub ohm tank has. Many people are saying that its toxic and can cause tumors on the lungs since it contains ceramic which, through extensive research, causes these tumors and other health problems. My question is should I stop vaping with my atlantis and get another tank or just ignore the speculations and keep vaping this toxic material?

You're not vaping any toxic material, unless you run out of juice and start literally (smoking) the burnt wick, which I doubt anyone in their right mind would do. Personally I think the whole thing is blown way out of proportion.
