Atlantis tank not working...

I bought a new glass tank for my Atlantis today as I managed to drop my other one..
So I fit it, filled it with liquid and then realised that it wasn't working.
My vapour shark box mod was saying "check atomiser"
So I checked the coil and it was fine.. But the I noticed that the little connection part that screws into the box mod is stuck in (usually it sits just out)

Has anyone had this happen before? If so, is it fixable or do I need to buy a new whole Atlantis setup?

Open it up, take out the head and very gently tap the center pin out. I mean VERY gently. Make sure it still makes contact with the head.

I've tried this but as soon as I connect it back to the box mod it gets stuck again and doesn't work.

Think in going to have to order a replacement base...

Yeah, you may have to. Could be that your insulator isn't quite tight enough.
