Half a year back i bought Roller, and i had problems with it right from the start, i have dismantled it multiple times, removed silver oxid, remove oxid from the spring but this d*** thing just doesnt work, it does give out some current and the voltage is right but the result on genesis atomizer is far worse then on lavatube or evic (set at same voltage). I have also bought Kick as i thought there is a difference in having VV but useless in same manner, now i am having kick and roller sitting for better time while i use evic and lavatube instead. The liquid was never leaking into it as i am using genesis atomizer...

Can someone give me a hint what could be wrong (or confirm that this is normal mode of operation and i can sell it to someone that actually wants it like this). Sending it back to greece is far to expensive... :(

Have you cleaned the contacts recently? Makes a huge difference.

Are you still using the original spring? I swapped mine with a silver bullet spring and that seemed to work better for me.

Also you can take the spring out and use that hole in the bottom to shorten the distance from bottom to top.

I know the dingo I bought used wasnt even that dirty but no more 3.2 Ish under load now more like 3.7±

I am using DID, the spring is original and always 2+ ohms :(

I'll try to take spring out, i have protected batteries so it shouldnt matter...

2+ ohms? After reading your question, that's what I thought since I know the Roller to be an excellent mechanical mod. Mechanical mods, such as the Roller are only good with <1.5 ohms. Most people use mechanical mods for 0.8 (or lower) to 1.1 ohms only. Hope this helps.

I totally quote! Need lower resistences with mechanicals

Maybe i wasnt clear enough:

70% VG, three batteries, new, full and verified with multimeter, both at 4.2 volts. One in lavatube, one in evic, one in roller. Evic and lavatube set to 4.2 volts. One DID genesis atomizer. Tested on evic, a smoke bomb, tested on lavatube, a smoke bomb. Roller. Like i would be on 100% PG. :(

I have two IMR batteries, doesnt make any difference.

Power (Watt) is power: if you want to get from the car motor 1 horse power it doesnt matter who made the motor and if it is running on diesel or gasolyne or electricity. 1 horse power stays one horse power.

Sorry I did not see you were using a kick...have you tried with a tester to see if the output from the 510 connection is good? If it is, have you tried to raise or lower the center pin? Have you tried to use the other 510 connector they usually ship in the box? If you did all the mentioned I really do not know, you should probably contact the manufacturer, they are very responsive....normally. I am just afraid after an half year....

Ok, some "feedback": first thing i removed the spring and replaced it with lavatube spring, it made "some" difference, now it is at least usable. I have no clue how to clean it. The second thing, i have measured the resistance without the battery:
- pole: 1.4 ohm top outer contact to bottom hole (18650 extended)
+ pole: 0.8 ohm, center inner and outer contact with button pressed

Can please someone repeat the measuring so i can see which part might be doing problems?
