So I got my battery in the mail today, put it in my Nemesis, vaped for about an hour, then it just stops. Thought maybe the battery was dead, but that was not the issue. adjusted the positive post, insured connection, adjusted the bottom, still nothing. No kick ring. Like I said it was firing perfectly a few hours ago. After inspecting the bottom pin and springs down there as well as the little brass firing pin (im guessing), I think maybe it something to do with something down there! LOL. Anyone have any pictures of how it should look down there? There were 2 springs. A small one and a big one, and then the little brass pin. Any help is appreciated.

Battery im using is 18650 AW. IMR 1600mah button top

Whenever my Nemesis clone acts up I've found the issue at the top end. I don't know how sure you are that it's not there, but if you have not already try taking the 510 part off the Nemesis with the atty connected and check the resistance between the positive post the battery contacts and the outside diameter somewhere with a DMM. You should read the resistance of your atty. If there is no reading, the issue is with the 510 connection or the atty.

If that's not it, I would take the atty off and assemble the rest including the battery. Put the DMM probes on the 510 connection positive post and again a surface outside of that and check for voltage while activating the switch. I just set the bottom of the Nemesis on the desk and push the whole thing down whit the probes placed. If you don't see voltage, you know the issue is in those contact surfaces and can continue to troubleshoot.
