Atomixani Nemesis Problem.

So I got my battery in the mail today, put it in my Nemesis, vaped for about an hour, then it just stops. Thought maybe the battery was dead, but that was not the issue. adjusted the positive post, insured connection, adjusted the bottom, still nothing. No kick ring. Like I said it was firing perfectly a few hours ago. After inspecting the bottom pin and springs down there as well as the little brass firing pin (im guessing), I think maybe it something to do with something down there! LOL. Anyone have any pictures of how it should look down there? There were 2 springs. A small one and a big one, and then the little brass pin. Any help is appreciated.

Battery im using is 18650 AW. IMR 1600mah button top

yes sir. tried 3 different ones. I can only think i got a crap battery. I've tried messing with the little brass pin, everything. Been at it for an hour now. Lol

time to bust out the multimeter and start testing different parts of the mod
first thing i would test is the neg contact to the outside of the switch threads and make sure the whole thing is conductive.

then test the bottom of the pos inside the mod to the screw on the atty
then i would check the conductivity of the whole mod by checking at the 510 while pressing the button (no battery)

Does it matter if that little brass pin is touching the springs? Ive only ever had VV/VW devices. This is my first MM

nemesis switch:

these are with magnets that replace the two springs...the pin is supposed to touch the smaller spring.....

this one is with the springs...
the smaller one on the bottom....bigger one pops into the brass threaded piece and goes over the little one...the pin is placed and the brass threaded piece goes directly over the pin/smaller spring....then contact is closed.....

ok thanks so much evgeny. still no luck though. that little brass pin seems to not be flush. like its too short. maybe its something else. Ill have my meter in the morning.

its just odd it was working flawless...then it just quit. the 2 attys im using on it wont fire, but will on my VV. who knows? I appreciate the help and the pictures evgen

When you screw your atty on, are you doing it with the top cap of the Nemi off, and snugging the top contact screw to the center contact of your atty?

u can adjust the spring...make sure the smaller one is right around the base of the switch.....

take the delrin off the switch and see if it fires?

Yea rule that's what I'm doing when I attach my attys. evgeny...the Derlin is that black thing right? Lol

the small pin in the button is only there to prevent the bottom button itself from turning/spinning so you can thread it into the mod body.

Thanks guys. Finally got it sorted out. Bad battery. Wouldnt hold a charge, volts all over the place at other times. New battery now, works like a champ. Thanks for everyones help and input!

What type of Battery??????
Sounds like you were running a Protected Battery and Tripped the protect circuitry. Never came back on.
