Atomizer Protective Sleeves

I have almost a dozen rta common atomizers. Themis, OBS Engine, Vandyvape Triple 28, Zeus Dual rta, the Cerberus Sub-Ohm tank etc. etc.

The problem is that I drop my vaporizer fifty thousand times a day. The glass often breaks. Is there some sort of protective sleeve or anything else that might work?

Seriously, depends on how and where you drop it. Those vape bands can help lower impact drops, but if you are dripping it from over 5 feet, I am sure the glass will shatter....

Is a squonk mod with an internal plastic juice bottle a possibility for you? At least then there would be no glass to break. I haven't run across any complete protective atomizer sleeves.

I usually drop it as I'm carrying it with my hands down by my waist, I would say 2 or 3 feet and the surface area is usually laminate flooring but sometimes I'll drop it outside too. I have an Aegis mod that is very tough.

The posted rubber bands look good. A metal sleeve would be better.

A metal sleeve means the glass would just break inside the sleeve. The shock is what breaks the glass. The best way to stop breaking glass is quit dropping the mod.

Nobody makes metal sleeves for every atty. However using a VapeBand has saved many, if not all of my glass from breaking even on cement! https://vapeband.com/

A lot of replacement glass is now available in resin and PC. I have some Joyetech tanks that came with resin tank glass, and it just kind of bounces. Fasttech is the place to look for replacements for other attys.

Hello @introvert, replacement plastic instead of glass as @Electrodave has mentioned may be your best option. Unless you know someone who has access to an engineering workshop and could knock you up some Stainless Steel replacements, only downside is that you are unable to see liquid level.

I'd your mod is fairly light weight, you might try a 510 extender and a lanyard

Metal tanks would probably be the way to go. If you're not willing to switch, then stock up on glass. I am constantly breaking my glass tanks. My hands are messed up, and I drop everything. It took less than a month for me to bust the glass on my new cleito pro

Those elastic hair bands girls use for pony tails might be more effective than a vape band.

Some of that plastic foam pipe lagging would work, but it won't look pretty.
