My beloved Penguin battery has started not charging correctly. Charges until about 3 bars, then starts cycling from 5 bars to 2 to 4 to 1 - out of control. Any suggestions to try?

I'd try using it until its completely depleted, than try charging it again.
Could be something gone bad inside, nothing you can do about that. The only thing I can think of that would be fixable is a dirty USB socket where the charging cable goes. You could try to clean that out with some alcohol.
You can pick them up for $30 at Vapesourcing if it can't be fixed.

If it turns out that you need another one...the very reputable vendor in South Florida, linked to below, still has them in Black, for $21.16 per kit. They also have the replacement coils and cartridges for it, too. They're shown at the bottom of the page linked. Their base S/H is a flat $9.89 or $9.97 depending on which carrier you choose. So, if you need coils and cartridges...the S/H won't go up if you got some of them in the same order. I ordered more than 50 boxes of various coils yesterday from them, and the S/H was still $9.97. Delivery to you in Jax would likely take only a day or 2. They ship quickly, too.
