Hell no!

I Vape mine off the chimney to check the coil, re-wet, Tank on and Start vaping within a minute or two.

If it floods, don't Panic!!!
May work okay, but looks a bit loose to me <remember, I use cotton Ball> anyway, if it does over wick -
Draw down the e-liquid, remove the chimney top and lay a donut of cotton around the inside of the chimney tube. lightly press against the top of the wicks at the channel drops.

I really think you are getting there.

** Don't Think I mentioned, Your Favorite e-liquid could take on a not so favorite taste in a high end device. They tend to bring out everything in an e-liquid. Some things you never noticed before.

I confess. You caught me. 5 years and 10,000+ posts on the forum (most of it spent helping members and keeping the forum running smoothly especially hammering the aforementioned assclowns and jackwagons) all led up to this thread and this moment.

Took 10 draws.

The first 6-7 were "ok" at best. about the same amount of vapor that I get from my VTR with an i30s. (medium amount at best).

The 8th draw I got some juice in the mouthpiece

The last 2 draws I'm starting to get that burnt taste again. Not as severe as in previous build but it is there.

But worst of all, I am getting no flavor at all. I am using MBV Butterscotch with 5 extra flavor shots. 24mg.

Ok, thoughts?

Low Vapor and Juice in mouth piece indicate (some flooding)
Burnt taste would indicate Dry wick...............Or.........e-liquid cannot handle the temperature your coil is generating.

Primer Pull - finger over air hole on side - 2 pulls only
Take 1 Vape
Wait a minute and take another

What is your coil reading on this build?
Battery Fresh - 4.2v?

Did as you described.

Total burning taste now. Very low vapor in both vapes.

Battery should have been fresh. But just in case I pulled a freshly charged one and switched it out before doing your procedure

This is my current attempt at mounting a horizontal coil. I keep wrecking them. This is the 6th one in the past hour.

Ummm....what Brand Kayfun is this?
Did you pick it up locally?
Went back to look for some insight and unfortunately I think I found a problem.
*Looks like your Vertical Channels are all but closed off* Extremely small - could be the pic angle, but a few have been posted with this issue - No room for decent juice flow

I need a Clear Shot of the Base with Chimney tube attached and No wick in the way.

Actually, you can check it with a Paper clip. That should be about the right size to slip down the channel.

Found a standard paperclip. It will not go down the juice channel with the chimney screwed in place.
