Ok. Thank you. My cell messes up my words with auto correct and when I typed Mystique this darn thing added the numbers bc I was on one of my email accounts. I did mean to do this.

Well, you may need some numbers anyway ... highly doubt you're the only "Mystique" here

The form worked. It's not an automated process as each name change must be approved and manually completed by an administrator.
