Attention ALL NJ Vapers from the surrounding Area! I would like have another vape Meet, the past vape meet in NJ was in a odd location, and not many showed up. So this time we will have a Private Room in a Diner, with Free Parking, and they have Great WiFi service.

Their is no cost for the room if we have at least 15 Vapers to attend and you need to make either a beverage, or food purchase. I believe a 18% gratuity will be added to your bill automatically for the use of this room. Each Vaper will be responsible for their own check. This Diner serves alcohol.

The Meet date will be on Saturday October 01, 2011, 6 PM till whenever, located at the Omega Diner 1337 Route 1 South

In order to assure that we have enough Vapers, I would ask for a $5.00 deposit. The deposit will be only refundable if the Meet is CANCELED. The $5.00 deposit will also get you 3 raffle tickets for some nice e-cig giveaways. Balance of monies will go to CASAA is the Consumer Advocates for Smokefree Alternatives Association.

Their are some Vapers who do not have transportation, so if you are in their area, or they can meet you somewhere please let me know that you are willing to help out a fellow vaper with a ride. So far their are two vapers who need a ride, one in Keansburg, NJ, and the other one in Point Pleasant Boro , NJ

Same goes for me. I'm not sure what my obligations will be on that date as far as work/vacation goes.

Great idea though, and I hope to see more NJ info in the near future.

Well so far NONE of you so called New Jersey Vapers has committed, so by this Sat AUG 27 if I do not get at least 15 responses the meet will be CANCELED, due to that I need to make a RSVP for the place.

Don't take it the wrong way... but North Brunswick is a bit of a hike for me. I'd love to attend, but I'm in a Philly suburb in South Jersey, not near Trenton or points north. If you had something in Trenton or someplace more central, I would consider going... I know that there's at least a few of us in South Jersey that would like to have something around here, but the darned NoSmoking ban (which includes electronics), makes it almost impossible to congregate in an "open-to-the-public" environment around here.

Sorry this meet has been CANCELLED due to none participation. I do not know what's wrong with the NJ vapers, only had 3 replies, and I will never again try to put a meet together, but will help if someone else wants to give it a try.

Sorry to hear. I still don't know if I could have made it but I just came to this sub-forum, which I often forget to check, to find out about sending the deposit anyway since it might have helped make this happen regardless of whether I was actually able to make it. Too bad I didn't remember sooner although it doesn't sound like it would have made much difference. Thanks for trying to get something set up though!
