How is the outcome of this hearing??

The hearing was actually about NRTs (nicotine replacement therapy), not e-cigs. NRT products (gum, patches, lozenges, etc.) are regulated from a different branch of FDA than e-cigs will be. A couple of e-cig folks gave presentations, the FDA listened and asked a few questions. Details available at the Legislation Forum here at ECF.
