I had a question about an order I placed over email with you on the 14th of November which I haven't received. It has never taken longer than five days to get a package from you here in GA so I feel you may not have sent it. Surely not intentionally. I never got a tracking number as usual so I'm not sure if the package got lost in transit.
I've tried to email you here and at sales@ikenvape.com but have gotten no response. I figure you'll see this and take care of the issue.

I have your pm and and am sending you a reply/package in the next moment. I'm very sorry for missing your emails and glad that you made a thread directed to me, but again really sorry that you had to. :( Your emails weren't being neglected just unseen. I still had to do a few minor adjustments with the email system today and had solved the quadruple duplicated orders down to doubles :laugh: but there are still a good amount of error messages coming in. Still on with tech support...

You're too awesome, Thank you :) we did hit over 500 orders since opening and are only 200 behind. My newly gained employee doesn't do weekends so it may be a bit slow, but not too much because there's no need to wake early to a certain someone to school :laugh: So you can bet that I'll be here. Everything is up and running as smooth as smooth as once was, just a few minor issues, but nothing hindering :blush:.
