I had a question about an order I placed over email with you on the 14th of November which I haven't received. It has never taken longer than five days to get a package from you here in GA so I feel you may not have sent it. Surely not intentionally. I never got a tracking number as usual so I'm not sure if the package got lost in transit.
I've tried to email you here and at sales@ikenvape.com but have gotten no response. I figure you'll see this and take care of the issue.

Hi Flyer,
I have your pm and and am sending you a reply/package in the next moment. I'm very sorry for missing your emails and glad that you made a thread directed to me, but again really sorry that you had to. Your emails weren't being neglected just unseen. I still had to do a few minor adjustments with the email system today and had solved the quadruple duplicated orders down to doubles but there are still a good amount of error messages coming in. Still on with tech support...

You're too awesome, Thank you we did hit over 500 orders since opening and are only 200 behind. My newly gained employee doesn't do weekends so it may be a bit slow, but not too much because there's no need to wake early to a certain someone to school So you can bet that I'll be here. Everything is up and running as smooth as smooth as once was, just a few minor issues, but nothing hindering .
