People assume their wont be a VW Provari because it would be bad business UNLESS the came out with a totally different model dedicated to VW.

Part of the reason that people buy a Provari is because of the warranty and because you can send it in to get it serviced for standard rates. "Upgrading" a Provari to VW would make my model obsolete and makes parts and or servicing limited unless I sent mine in for an upgrade that I dont need or want.

Only solution to that is to come out with a Prowatty while keeping the Provape and Provari in the lineup for those of us who arent interested in anything more than 3.7 volts or variable voltage.

Provari business is better now then before all these cheap junkie VV\VW combo mods hit the market..why would they need\want to make a VW unit .if it aint broke don't fix it ..

the budget thing is being ignored by just about everybody that post their suggestion ,,because it is bias,,

when was the last time anybody suggested getting the absolute cheapest Variable box,,which just so happens to be VV ???
and don't bother saying it happens because we all know it don't...........move on

17 bucks {plus batteries} and you can move up to variable voltage world ..

That is solid logical thinking. I appreciate the insight. BTW, I should have mentioned that since I'm "new" to vaping that I had gotten a very bad idea in general about talking vaping with anyone that had a provari. I eventually found many with Provari devices that were good thinkers as your post here demonstrates.

With all the stuff coming on the market it will become even harder to "recommend" something without a questionnaire being filled out.

How do you know business is better? I just checked and they are not a publicly traded company so unless you are an insider I don't see how you would have any facts to back up that statement.

Don't you think the Chinese, the folks that invented the e-Cig are talking about all the US crap? I just find that amusing to say the least.

See this is an example of the other type of Provari owner. Ignorant posts do not help anyone. In this thread alone you have stated in at least 3 separate posts that "you" tried VW and it sucked for "you". Do you think that if you repeat it enough that it will some how make it true for everyone?

Does anyone find fault in what I've written, specifically fault with the eGo suggestion over the OP's preference of a $50 cig-alike, or, does anyone have a problem with the provari or silver bullet suggestion, with the $50 and cig alike request in mind?

Why? Discuss.

Plumes, the newbie in the anedotal case I mentioned specifically stated his max budget was $50. He did not say "i'd kinda not like to spend more than $50."

He said $50 was all he had to spend, period.

If someone is asking for advice on what APV to buy, fine.
what the OP said in his opening post.

He also stated that, in a topic where somebody wasn't even ASKING for any advice, and was merely sharing excitedly that they had found there perfect VV device, that a member entered the topic and told them he had made a crummy purchase and "just get a provari!"

The OP clearly was asking this community to be logical, in context, and appropriate.

Then, unfortunately, the topic started descending into "my _____ is better than your ______" and "who needs a Provari", which has nothing to do with the original post. People need to return and read the OP's original post. ;)

You're asking if a thoughtful reply, simply sharing what has worked for you and why, in the correct kind of topic, is appropriate. Of course! But the 2 examples i gave above don't really fit that description, do they?

Man you are stellar at trolling. I even fed you some. You infer that a company is doing well because it hired people. :)
What if the folks that ran the company made enough money to not work so much but hired some people to do the work so they could go play golf?

Here's a link for you that you were missing: http://www.e-cigarette-forum.com/forum/casaa/56715-history-electronic-cigarettes.html

That is so my experience. What I like I like and that's that. There was even another thread started in the APV section about why there was so much Provari hate. I see those posts like that as the reason and now this thread is started saying so.

I am not even interested anymore in a Provari. I understand that it is well built and reliable and the customer service is awesome. But like the OP I got tired of the Provaraficiondos chiming in when it was inappropriate. I used to be interested in a Provari but what I perceived to be Provarsnobbery got on my nerves, lol. I could afford it but I thought about all the other cool stuff that I could buy with the hundreds of dollars that I would have spent on a Provari.
Not only that but Provaris don't come in near enough colours to match my outfits, lol

And anyway..the last things ecig users need is to stratify ourselves with tribal attitudes about our PVs/APVs.
There is enough of that in the Real World.

One can only assume you have troll food to keep you going. LOL. You might want to look up the definition of "troll". I was on the internet when the word was coined and you are the very definition of it. You still can't back up a word you have said. It is amusing for a while to see such ignorance. Maybe CASAA would be interested in your call to correct their history of things. Don't wait, call them now. I think its important enough to get it straightened out now. :)
