I think there are a lot of concerns about FDA ban among us. Is there any brave supplier who is willing to set up a completely separate web storefront (and possibly separate LLC) for 0-nic customers?

You probably don't need a separate inventory. But a new storefront (new domain name and website) that does not mention anything about electronic cigarette or any claim about cigarette smoking of any kind. No nicotine. Sell the device as personal vaporizer or nebulizer. Maybe throw in a few other nebulizers like Vicks for a good measure (out of stock on these items would be fine by me).

Without the nicotin and medical claim, your products would be at best regulated as food/dietary supplement. Call them aroma-therapy, vapor flavor, or whatever.

Keep in mind that there are many people who very much enjoy vaping without any nicotine in their e-liquid. You will be serving many customers. In particular, if by any chance, the ban actually goes on, you would already have the store and customer base. It won't grow as fast as they were sold as NRT, but how much does cost to host another website and a domain name? You might even consider it as a community service for establishing legitimate alternate use for vaporizer.

If the ban goes on, for those who want nicotine, I suggest that you slap on a patch, melt a habitrol on your coffee or something when you enjoy 0-nic vaping. Of course, nothing stops you from getting nicotine from other sources and injecting it into a chewing gum (or to PG in that matter). After all, no one can stop you from pouring nicotine water into humdifier and inhaling the vapor. :)

So how about it? Any volunteer?

I suppose you could have one for supplies for the "personal vaporizers", but you really don't need a zero nic store front. Anyone that wants to vape zero nic can buy PG or VG and some flavoring and make it yourself. Sure, I can chew a piece of nic gum and vape my zero stuff I make myself, but I will need attys and battys to do it and so someone will need to provide those. If they want to provide over priced zero nic juices and make a hefty profit, that's just a side benefit. No matter what we will need PARTS.

Willpower--I like your idea. You simply can not reproduce No-nic tobacoo flavors --only the sweets. I know that Jaaxx just opened up and he will be providing no-nic tobacco flavors and if there is a ban, I am sure he will still be able to sell no-nic. See www.juicyliquid.com as he just opened today. ----Sun

Thanks for the link. Interesting... Separating the liquid from the device. No mention of NRT... Definitely in the right direction.

LuckySeven4U -- I am sure the price of 0-nic will come down. On the other hand, I would pay some premium if any vendor develops an interesting formula, because I really don't want to experiment to find the formula that I like, if I don't have to. Even if I know the formula, I don't want to buy and mix, if I don't have to. It all depends on the premium.

But, I don't try to figure out diet coke formula nor Coca Cola is gouging me. :) The suppliers don't have to import the 0-nic PG anyway. So, I believe the market competition will work this out at the end.

I carry 0 nic juice now. I pay the same amount for it as I do 36mg juice. So to say I have it overpriced for hefty profit isnt true

Thank you thank you thank you for finally going in this direction. I am cheering very loudly for every supplier that goes 0-nic storefront. Additionally, I will not be ordering domestically from any supplier that actually reveals their nic-containing e-juice. All arrangements for nicotine should be made in PM's and such. Let other suppliers get the brunt of FDA action, and keep your noses clean. I don't know about others, but I have found the act of vaping to be more worthwhile than the actual nicotine.

Cheers,
-Mickey

You may contact healthysmokeshop.net. I believe I saw another post where he indicated that he may be doing just what you suggested with his shop.
