OK, I know this has been discussed here many times and I even had a link (somewhere) to a picture of "proper" placement of the cart/atty. Summed up... We are told the carts [] shape goes ligned up with the element in the bottom, or ACROSS the bridge []cart /\bridge configuration.

Now...I'm not here to start anything, just ask for constructive comments or whatever but....I totally disagree.

When I first got my kit and started figuring everthing out I assumed (may be bad) that the bridge should go IN LINE with the cart bottom like this []cart end |bridge. Yea, my bridge here sucks. Could not find a good key for that but anyway.

I've vaped both ways for quite some time and I truly find that there is no real diff at all. I personally think the the way I just described makes more since because the bridge is touching more of the filler (blue foam for me).

Now, LR attys are a diff story all together and I dont think you should use those with carts at all anyway.

To further this, I taught my wife the way I read was "correct" cart bottom ligned up with element. She used whistle tips and was holding it all funny and looked like a dork:p

Anymore, sometimes I just jam it on and dont even look.:?:

What do yall think? Am I nuts

Yea, I already did. I was all "smart" cuz I'd been reading this forum for endless hours but I'm also a very technical guy myself so when I seen her doing that I was like wait a minuite here......

The juice ends up in the "pool" at the element so, the cart FILLER has a huge effect, The cart direction....Not so much. So my vote is......Use Cartos:p

Cart filler does make a HUGE dif when it comes to hit and or leaking.

That is the why I like to use blue foam. Once you get the perfect size and shape for a given cart, it is easy to make a template out of heavy paper or card stock of the Blue Foam. Where as Poly Fill is kinda a by guess and by Golly afair when it comes to filling a cart.

I also find that eGo XL atty's and carts are much more forgiving to stuff than 510 carts. They also give a much better hit.

I tried one just for the larger cart. Got tired of filling a 510 carts. But the first hit of an eGo XL atty told me I had taken the training wheels off.

I'm like you Bmays. Have an entire drawer full of stuff that hasn't worked or become useless by something better. But even with all that, I'm still spending MUCH LESS that what I was spending every month on analogs.

Here's where I get mine...

Remember that you need XL carts to go with a XL eGo attyy,

Not sure why they just don't put it on the same page but they don't. And if you decide to buy them from LF, click on the 20% icon at the top of the page to get the discount.
