Hi there guys!

I'm looking at getting into some Atty modding and had gotten super excited about the idea of a rebuildable atty

First lemme tell you what i'm rockin'

I've been using a Parke's vaping cheapi flashlight mod with a 3.7v 18650 battery and Cisco Spec 1.5 ohm 306 atty Which i adore.

I also have thought about looking into trying one of Cisco's 1.5ohm 901 or the HH.357 if it really lasts as long as indicated that would be more upfront cost but longer term fiscal remedy for me.

So essentially, what i'm saying here is that i really like the throat hit and flavor of the 306 cisco 1.5ohm atty and ANY rebuildable atty i made or got would need to compare or it wouldn't really be worth it, ya know?

but i am VERY low funded, well, almost non-funded lol.

I was wondering is there any... well... way to MAKE a rebuildable atty? I mean, there absolutely has to be a way to do it, i cant imagine it'd be too hard. Are there any knock-off blueprints around for one or various designs ? I'd want a dripping one seeing as i typically drip. But what do you guys think? Any suggestions. I mean, overall it doesnt seem to be all that complicated from a laypersons POV. I could be wrong, of course. lol

Also, have any of you heard of the FATTY rebuildable mod? And if you have, do you know how much it is or where to get it?

or look up the bulli,its a rebuildable without the SS mesh,but its way more expensive than steeljan's

Thanks for the info - that vid is actualy pretty good. Gives a ton of info on making a really neat repairable atty. I was impressed. I wonder how well the thing works, i'm thinking about making it and seeing for myself Hehe.

Any of you guys ever tried making Steeljans repairable? If so, how was it?

Don, THANK you for that thread! That was EXACTLY what I've been looking for. Now i need to figure out how to "tap" so i can have screws instead of sewing needles because i have a tendancy to drop stuff and i think having tightened screws holding my coil would make it far less likely to come undone for some one like me.

But i have no idea WHAT tapping is!!!

I'm also hoping i can find some one who has made them who will make me one and at the same time make a video of how he did it so i can try for myself while still having a working rebuildable.
