Authentic Limitless RDTA? - YES!!!

Got a second Limitless RDTA today - a black one to go with my stainless steel version. Anyway, my stainless Limitless did not come with spare glass, but my "authentic" ebay purchase did. I see no mention anywhere regarding a spare tank, yet my authentication code at the iJoy website checks out.

So...did anyone get a spare glass tank with their authentic Limitless RDTA? Can a security code be fraudulent on a clone and still check OK at the manufacturer's website?

Now I just had another thought - maybe my first one, without the spare and purchased at a local shop, is fake. Better check the code on that one.

It's not a huge deal, but it would really irk me to have gotten a clone when I thought I was getting an authentic item. I just don't like liars, and it pisses me off - especially when the seller puts "AUTHENTIC" right in the title of the listing.

Yeah, I've been to a number of sites including iJoy and Limitless and have not seen one with a spare tank. You would think if there was an upgrade to include a spare, they would fix their own website. Of course I am baffled as to why the code works when entered at the iJoy site.

Well,could be that so many complaints as to no spare they started to included one, this intrigues me as I was in the market to purchase one and the biggest con I have heard was drip tips and no extra glass. Hope Ijoy got the word and is now sending them out this way, If not you got a clone, If it works good no harm and a bonus of not having to order from china for a replacement. BTW were did you get it from I might order fom there.

Purchased on ebay. As stated, the title of the listing clearly said "authentic" and maybe it is since the authentication code passed at the iJoy website. If you want a link to the item let me know and I'll PM it to you.

And...funny thing is, I have not seen a clone advertised as having a spare glass either, so I'm truly stumped.

Glad they listened to us. Ill be buying another one, seen as how I overtightened my 510 pin and snapped it off on the inside.

You might want to check with whoever you buy from as I saw some at a B&M that still had only one glass tank - no spare. So there are still some out there. Of course the B&M may just not be moving many as the price is higher.

I did too. I gave it a tiny little push clockwise and - snap - it broke
I reported it, and received a new one ... So I got a lot of spare thingies laying around

Awesome tank, the liquid capacity is not much but it sure does the job in terms of vapor and flavor production !

Questionnaires for the coil experts;

I bought the limitless plus as the tank can hold upto 6.5ml. Kickass!

So, my limitless v1 will be collecting dust, however, there is an older guy whom I introduced the world of ecigarettes to, and he is currently using the istick picco (40w) including a nautilus tank.
This guy tried my setup ( limitless - dual fused Clapton 0.4 ohm on a reuleaux @90w ) and he was blown away by the taste. He ain't that much of a cloudchaser and said it was a bit too much on this part

So, he is partly interested to buy my limitless v1, but, this wouldn't run on his 40w picco... At least, not this build and I'm guessing not as good as it can be.

The question is; what build would be sufficient on the limitless on this mod he is using? Obviously a single coil build ain't an option, but what if I use a dual 28g single wire kanthal, 8 wraps on a 2.5mm ID, would this work or should i build it differently? ( or is it a bad idea in general to give him a dual coil rdta on a low wattage mod regardless the build I put on it? )

Do you mean the iStick Pico? If so, it goes to 75w, not 40w. It won't fit the Limitless due to the battery cap though.

When i purchased my Limitless Rdta classic edition, i recieved extra glass for my tank, but i did not get any cotton in the plastic bag where you get screws and extra 510 pin connector plus the rda base smelled very sour wierd. One thing more, you get a premade tripple coil build but inside the premade coil there was a metal object which shorted the coil.

I contacted ijoy support, and they could not assist me, but only replied that they are sorry.

Edit: Oh i misread the title, i believed it was about Rdta classic edition.
