Hard to tell with the small pictures... What are the toppers there? I'm actually in the market for a big body dripper. I love my Mark-T Infinity, but I want something that holds more drips to try.

Left to right mod/atty: Kryptonite KSS with 454 Big Block, Stingray LE Red with Veritas, Stingray X Ti with Tobh v2.5, and Stingray X Black with Patriot.

Does the 454 Big Block have any negatives to note? It seems like a pretty versatile atomizer from what I've seen. And lets be fair... In the list of affordable authentics, I think it's pretty high on the list.

In my opinion the only negatives are it can be hard for someone who is new to rebuildables as far as building goes. I have had it a couple months now and have yet to build it myself. Not that I can't, I just don't have time or patience to sit down with it and do it. Though based on things I have heard, the Veritas is more difficult and I built mine with a 26ga vertical parallel single setup the minute I pulled it out of the box...

Other than that, it has a deep juice well although I have yet to find a build that doesn't suck through the juice even when conservative measures are taken with the build...

I have been rebuilding for years so that's not an issue. My next few months will be saving to amass new kit. It's been years since I ACTUALLY revamped my gear, so I think it's about time. One more time before regulations become an actual worry. I'm looking at the P3(it suits my needs), the 454 Dripper, and the Erlkonigin RTA.

It's also what you see above with the VapeMate. Like nukleusx said, it's a little rough to build on. There might be better choices. Vaperfexion is just now releasing a $49 dripper, mine should be here shortly. We'll see how it fares.

That Vaperfexion Fusion is... interesting. Not my style at all. (Still, curious how it fares). "Rough to build on" really isn't an issue for me. If I can wick and coil a Scubagen(another piece of hardware I wish I still had) with "U" style SS mesh wick, I don't imagine there are many other atomizers I will have a problem with.

The Veritas is easy to build. I made both single and dual coil builds and no problem. Watch a couple vids on how to do it and it is no harder than any other build.

@M...oyl: I don't have a clue. I'm not the clone expert nor am I a patent attorney itching for a case.

The short list of patent numbers and applications is only to show that there is and has been traffic at the US Patent Office on several e-cig related items.

What's age have to do with anything on this thread? There very well may be some companies that are receiving royalties for their early designs.

Which is good. My point at least is how many of those companies have been cloned? As I won't do the googling to find out the 3 I know of Provape, Hana and Evolve. Only one has been cloned and is defending now. Just remember there are things you can protect and other things you just can't. Going back to that wacko Hilton girl that tried to trademark "It's Hot" or whatever 50 cents tried to trademark. Bear that in mind too. Just because you apply doesn't mean you can.. I believe only 10% ever make it through for one reason or another.

Bull. Theft is always wrong.

That statement couldn't be more inaccurate had you purposely made it!

The bottom line is you call it theft because of our freedom of speech rights but in reality it is completely legal. People make that statement with absolutely no LEGAL support for the claim.

It's ok for you, in your world to feel that copying is theft. The reality is that without legal protection against copying a piece of equipment or the lack of a patent, trademark or a copyright China can produce copies.

It's important to live in the world of reality.

I have to be done with this thread, concepts of reality seem to be strained in this thread.
