Hey Vapers,

I have been using clone mechs and rda's for about 4 months now, and so far have felt pretty indifferent about the clone/authentic debate. As a budget vaper, I purchased a tobeco 1.2 clone and really liked the performance, and especially the T-post design.

However

The "gold plating" started to chip and rub away, and I am uber skeptical about the quality of the materials. This is now the first time that I am concerned about the materials within these Chinese chunks... Alas, I am ready to move forward into actually supporting US products, as I am looking for safe materials (leadless etc) to vape low res on. I really love the design of the plume veil, and am pretty insistent on purchasing one, but there are some red flags.

I went to www.VapeandJuice.com and found one for 120$, and contacted them with these requests:

  1. Do you have a list of materials spec for this device?
  2. Is there a warranty? Service?
  3. What kind of proof of authenticity comes with this device? How can I verify/register this?

It is 204 SS, which is great, but it does not come with any proof of authenticity from the company... What's with that? I'm uncomfortable shelling out the dough for something that does not AT LEAST have this. I mean, in the world of 1:1 replicas, how am I supposed to be sure of the materials used? I feel as if the only thing that I can trust is a little slip from the company (is this crazy?)

I also wanted to ask if anybody recommends the 1.5 instead. I haven't found the vacuum air holes very useful (vaping @ .24) so I don't think I really need the 5 holes. I also watched a few vids on it, and basically the design is the same, except the top cap comes off way easier (not interested in this).

Looking for vendors, suggestions, and viable alternatives (T-post & juice well design).
