The coil build was just about the same as building on a prime. I am not sure really but I think that the air port in the bottom of the deck, sticks up a bit more then on the prime. I just had to tweak the legs a bit, to raise them a little off the deck, other wise it went smoothly. As long as I have no other issues, it will be perfect for work. The whole devise is completely hidden in the pocket, more then anything else I have ever had. :)

I did buy that other center pin that has even smaller air flow, but I am just going to leave it like this for now. :|

Very nice! Once you go quality small it's hard to go back. It started after my first small mod and now i only own small and light single 18650's mods no taller then 76mm x 35 x 25. Then had to reduce tank sizes to fit and my main tanks are the nkfl and 2mm darvws with ST's tanks (both are equal in size). I just find it hard to vape anything bigger anymore. I think some pod systems are bigger..Like you said, its totally hidden in pockets

Totally agree.

I'm coming back to MTL RTA's after using pods for 2 years. The nkfl has been a blessing, I just wish there were more options for high end 'nano' regulated mods. Right now my daily is the 22mm nkfl on a Vaporesso Target Mini. The set up is comparable to some of the heftier pod systems. I like that the finish is closer to stainless steel than the flat silver of other mods. Battery lasts me the the 2 days that 2ml gets me + some.

Also found a COV minivolt (pictured with Hastur mini) on eBay as well, but it has all kinds of glitches - I don't trust it.

Pictured with iSitck Power/old kfl for scale.

Nice! I agree , not to many really small mods and those like the mini volt are super small. One day I may decide to go super small, but I do like mods with single 18650's and the smallest they come is definitely bigger then the mini volt. Besides my stratum mods , which are the smallest and most solid, single 18650 mods I personally know of (but hard to get and very expensive) the s body macro and nx75a are about the smallest out there and now they are even hard to find. I think the asmodus colossal comes close, but then there's weight. The stratums , macro and nx75a are between 85 to 90 grams and most other smallish type 18650 mods are much more then that.

I am not sure but I might try the 24 mm tank next. I was starting to wonder if the 22 with the extension really held 4 ML of juice, so I measured it. It is really close, like just shy of 4 ML, I am kind of surprised. Mainly because I fill my tanks at the half way point, which is usually about every 24 hours, so either I am really Vaping the hell out of this thing, or I am wrong about where the half way mark is. :?:

One other thing is I have been seeing a drop of juice on that plastic air flow screw, not a lot really but it is there, about one drop per refill. Yesterday I did try raising the coil a bit, and tried to get the wick away from the deck, but it was still there today. so I will have to play around a bit more with my build and wicking. I actually think I can detect a flavor improvement with this over the prime, I did not expect that. :)

Yeah, play with the build a bit and see what happens. As for flavor vs the Prime. I vape both. My favorite is the one I’m vaping at the time.

I get this too. When the tank is down to about a 1/4 fill, it starts to gurgle very slightly, then the tinniest juice drop appears in the 510.

I've tried three of the plastic screws and each had the same result. Currently trying different builds to see if I can fix it, but haven't found anything perfect yet.

It is something I can live with in the meantime. Sticking a thin twist of paper towel into the airflow hole then removing it will soak up whatever liquid is gurgling.

Not sure how the JAC series-B75 compares, but it’s the smallest single 18650 mod I’ve got...outside of an of Science of Vaping mech tube I’ve got in a box somewhere...

I’ve had the same thing happen on only one of mine.

It was the first one I had ordered on launch day...and I’ll say this:

1. I think it’s condensation.

2. When I disassembled this tank (fully) I noticed that there is no insulator under the center pin, as there is in my following two tanks. Instead, there is only an O-ring.

I haven’t gotten around to contacting SM (honestly some of the stories about doing that have dissuaded me), or shopping for spares. This tank functions perfectly fine without it.

I wouldn't let any stories you've heard dissuade you from contacting them, I've always found them to be friendly and extremely helpful.

Well I’m certainly not shy about buying their products!

Just pulled the trigger on a 24mm nKFL...

Got the Steam Tuners topfill kit as well!

I really don’t like this nKFL without the ST topfill kit.

Good thing the market always provides!

The jac is a nice mod, I bought one when they first came out and loved it. Its definitely pretty light and the depth and width are perfect, but last year I sold it off because it was a little too tall. I know it's not a tall mod, but I just got a little to use to mods around 75mm in height.....

I gotta say; I’m still a little ...... about the quality of the screws, and/or threads, on my 24.

Not what I was expecting from Svoëmesto at all.

I decided not to get the 22 because of it.
It was the screws and they outsourced those. But for a company who QCs the life out of their product I don’t know how they missed that. I bought the 22 from the second batch and had no problem.
