Just a guess, but it would seem to me the tighter the af, the more chances of more gurgling. A tighter draw should bring up more juice and if theres any wicking issues, this tighter af could intensify the issues, so what you experienced makes more sense than installing a tighter af and it actually fixing the gurgling issues. I'm glad it worked out for rust, but cannot figure how it would do so unless the original pin was loose, defective, etc. Sometimes I think these tanks have a conscious and perhaps it just didnt like the bigger af so it leaked on purpose

My thoughts on this minor leaking might be because, I build my coils at 2.0 to 2.2 OHM's, and my Watts are at 7.5 to 8. I think it is because of that, that the juice is not vaporizing up fast enough, which would be because the juice channels are too big. In my Billet box's that is the main cause for leaking. I could be completely wrong though, wouldn't be the first time.

Are you using the new 6mm I believe A/F screw? I had some leaks and svoemesto sent me 2 new A/F screws. Just a thought

If you purchased batch one you have the smaller a/f screw. Both the 22 & 24mm came with the smaller screw. Batch two has the 6mm screw.

I think the newer/longer airflow screws are plastic/nylon/or 'sumpin not metal. I just order another nKFL from Creme de Vape and some spares kits. It looks like the spares kit has 3 of the new airflow screws included.

I've been back and forth between the nKFL and the Prime Special Editions. I've come to the conclusion to stick with the Primes and sell the nKFL. I think for me the vape is smoother with the Prime and it just feels solid. I have the ss Prime and two NIte DLC's and I know I'm going to add another Prime SE probably the Twilight.

I hear what you’re saying. I love the Lite for the size and appearance but can’t argue about the vape from the Prime. It really is top notch. I’ve used the Prime pretty much every single day since it’s release in September 2017. It has never let me down. I’ve had a long ‘love affair’ with it and I think when you find a tank like that and use it for so long, it’s hard for anything to take its place. I know EXACTLY how the Prime works. What it likes, what it doesn’t like etc.

Know what you mean. I get excellent vapes from every single Kayfun I own. To say one is better than another would be splitting hairs. But the Prime takes back seat to nothing. It’s just an awesome tank.

Congrats! Hope the NKFL serves you well, it sure does for me.

I'm of the opinion that this is the finest K'fun vis-a-vis Size vs. Capacity vs. Ease of use vs. being fool-proof vs. Flavor. To date I've found no issues with this smart li'l atty.

And yes, whatever I do - it just does not leak.

Just didn't feel it brought anything different that time. B'coz those days I was already superjoyed with the k'fun twins (K-5 and K-mini v3).
